#99 Feta Pasta
这个不是我做的。我不打算叫乌龟乌龟了,很像很对不起他的样子。
我还是叫回他的名字吧... 编号一
Pasta是用蝴蝶结。觉得如果做干的pasta还是用bowtie比较好,因为比较好咬。
他在做这道pasta的时候我完全没有参与。他还拿来我工作的地方给我当午餐 感动。
我的同事羡慕死了,当然我都是跟她们分享啦。
我还要叫编号一再做,因为我没有吃到多少,哈哈。
而且我觉得配feta cheese 还有 rocket 还有一点 garlic 的味道真的很香。
这食谱是从msn recipes 找来的,没有跟到很齐啦。我最喜欢就是里面还有脆脆的小面包 (3 cups small torn pieces sourdough baguette)。如果找不到sourdough 面包,可以用其它的面包代替,最主要就是脆脆罢了,很像croutons酱。
对了,那个rocket是一种salad菜来的,很好吃的,可以生吃。
anchovies 是用罐头的 
如果你们有时间真的要试一试
Ingredients- 1 packet dried pasta
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 large red onion, finely diced
- 4 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- 2 small dried chillies, crumbled (optional)
- 80g jar anchovies
- 2 large handfuls rocket
- 1 cup flat-leaf parsley, finely sliced
- Rind 2 lemons
- Juice ½ lemon
- 200g feta cheese
- Garlic crumbs
- 3 cups small torn pieces sourdough baguette
- 2 cloves garlic, finely sliced
- ¼ cup thyme
- 2-3 Tbsp olive oil
Method
- Preheat oven to 200ºC. Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to packet instructions.
- While the pasta is cooking, make the garlic crumbs. Toss the tornsourdough in a shallow ovenproof dish with the garlic, thyme and oliveoil and toast in the oven for 10 minutes or until golden, turning thecrumbs occasionally.
- To make a sauce for the pasta, heat the 2 Tbsp olive oil in a largefrying pan, add the onion, garlic and chillies, if using, and cook tosoften for a couple of minutes.
- Add the anchovies, with their oil, and heat until the anchovies meltinto the other ingredients. Add the rocket, parsley, lemon rind, lemonjuice and feta to the pan and mix to combine. Turn off the heat. Addthe cooked, drained pasta and mix gently to coat pasta with the sauce.
- Serve the pasta in bowls, topped with garlic sourdough crumbs.
Sorry... 我懒惰翻译... 而且我觉得这个食谱写得很简单... 等下给我翻译到不伦不类...
