(I) STARHILL GLOBAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (FORMERLY KNOWN AS MACQUARIE PRIME REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST); AND
(II) PRIME REIT MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS PTE LTD
Contents :
YTL CORPORATION BERHAD (“YTL” OR “COMPANY”)
ACQUISITION OF INTERESTS IN:
(I) STARHILL GLOBAL REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST (FORMERLY KNOWN AS MACQUARIE PRIME REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUST) (“STARHILL GLOBAL REIT”); AND
(II) PRIME REIT MANAGEMENT HOLDINGS PTE LTD (“PRMH”)
(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS “ACQUISITIONS”)
Announcement Details :
We refer to the announcements dated 28 October 2008 and 24 December 2008 on the Acquisitions. Unless otherwise stated, the definitions or abbreviations used in this announcement shall have the same meaning as defined in the aforesaid announcements.
On behalf of the Board, AmInvestment Bank is pleased to announce that the Acquisitions have been completed on 31 December 2008.
The following agreements were also entered into on 31 December 2008:
(i) Novation and Accession Agreement dated 31 December 2008 between YTL, SGRML, Investmore, Pacific Star and PRMH in relation to the Supplemental Agreement, whereby YTL has novated its rights and obligations under the Supplemental Agreement to SGRML, Investmore has novated its rights and obligations under the Supplemental Agreement to Pacific Star and PRMH has acceded to the Supplemental Agreement;
(ii) License Agreements dated 31 December 2008 between Pintar Projek Sdn Bhd, a 70%-owned subsidiary of YTL (“Pintar Projek”) and each of the Property Manager, REIT Manager and the Trustee whereby Pintar Projek has granted a license to use certain trademarks (which relate primarily to the “Starhill” brand) to each of the Property Manager, the REIT Manager and the Trustee, in respect of activities undertaken by each of them in connection with Starhill Global REIT, upon terms and conditions set out in each of the aforesaid License Agreements; and
(iii) Technical Services Agreement dated 31 December 2008 between SGRML, the REIT Manager and the Property Manager whereby SGRML has agreed to provide certain services (which include, amongst others, administration, management, corporate governance, capital structure management, and accounting) to the REIT Manager and the Property Manager in relation to their respective operations and Starhill Global REIT in accordance to the terms and conditions set out therein.
Agreements (ii) and (iii) above were entered into in the ordinary course of business.
Following the completion of the Acquisitions, Macquarie Prime Real Estate Investment Trust has been renamed “Starhill Global REIT”. The names of PRMH, the REIT Manager and the Property Manager will be changed to “YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Holdings Pte Ltd”, “YTL Pacific Star REIT Management Limited” and “YTL Pacific Star Property Management Pte Ltd” respectively.
This announcement is dated 31 December 2008. |

再次旧地重游stareit的基地
starhill gallery底楼餐厅还是有外国佬和小家庭式的父母去吃饭消费,lv和卖衣服的其他楼比如jogoya还是有人潮,只不过人潮与鼎盛期比较真的有减少
...

不好意思,可能有点泼你冷水,
我个人认为stareit如果还有很大的举债空间,
那收购麥格理佳盛產託不应该是ytl-corp,
杨老板也不可能想推出第二个stareit,
纯粹个人想法。 |

杨肃斌表示,杨忠礼机构的长远目标以及投资记录,加上升禧环球房地产投资信托的高质量资产以及稳健的基本面,将允许双方取长补短,达成协同作用,创造更多价值。目前的重点在于通过“升禧”,为房地产投资信托重塑品牌,并通过高回报的收购提高投资组合。 |
