Hello! This is Steven from Blizzard Account & Technical Services.

Hum I was looking over your attached files and your tracert file has you timing out meaning you shouldn’t even be connecting. By chance could you go ahead and directly connect into your modem using a wire and try that test again please. Now that tracert is a one way connection so you take the avg ms you see and times it by 2 and that gives you a ballpark idea of what you should see in game as far as your connection goes.

Now from what you attached I don’t see anything that stands out saying problem. You might want to double check there are no windows updates and you could try for now disable Avast5 and see if that improves a little but yeah nothing that should cause what you are reporting.

Now there are a lot of problems with people connecting though time warner cable then to us and that tracert will also show if you are somehow connecting into time warner cable then to the server for that is currently being worked on. Now that problem showed itself about a week ago and still waiting on it to be resolved and since you said others around you having the same problem it goes to suggest its more connection related and not computer related.

叫我用cable来connect再试一次。tracert还是一样connect不到。今天ptr不会lag，d3就lag到半死。。。

是地区问题吗?昨晚玩就好好，很听话，一直保持靑线，不过party kiamseng他们就一直出现 黄红这样。。
这样意味着 不是D3 server 问题？还是我国的网络有问题？

这个好用，请问这是一种proxy的东东对吗？

因为当我启用后，那个authenticator会再要求我key in新的，然后我的facebook会连不到线。

對.. 類似VPN, proxy那種  可是我還是上到facebook啊

迅雷加速器主要是针对个人用户快速、安全连接网游服务器的一种服务软件，并不是外挂软件。

我是用Mozilla Firefox来上fb的，Firefox里的其它网页都打不开。
请问你是用那个browser的呢 ？

我現在開著加速器, 用著firefox回你啊~ 我試了chrome, firefox, IE都可以正常上網

哈哈~ 原本不想分享的, 怕你們被封號, 但我本身用了沒問題, 加上研究了很久, 覺得沒有被封的風險才放上來的, 因為我也被lag到gao gao
