Sanjaya不止有人气，后面好像也有很大势力支持他，个人觉得他可以去到TOP 5！！

Antonella Barba and Sabrina Sloan were the two females voted off American Idol last night, in a surprising night for some contestants.

After a week of media attention following racy pictures appearing on the net, Barba’s version of Corinne Bailey Rae's ‘Put Your Records On’ failed to justify the attention she had received.

"You've gone as far as you can go, Antonella," Simon Cowell said. "I don't think your voice is going to get any better." And the public agreed, voting her off.

Much more surprising however, was the elimination of Sabrina Sloan, initially pegged as a frontrunner. "Sabrina should be in that top 12, dawg. She definitely put it down." Randy Jackson said when the verdict was revealed. "America got that one wrong, I think."

In a radio interview with Ryan Seacrest on Friday, Sloan said she was "surprised" by the result.
"I really wanted to be in that group of top 12," she said. "I wasn't ready to go home, but you try and be prepared for whatever."

Out of the males, it was Jared Cotter and Sundance Head who were told they would be returning home. Cotter’s exit wasn’t at all surprising as the judges had labelled Cotter unoriginal. It was Sundance’s departure that surprised everyone.  "I am speechless. This is a singing competition and Sundance, you've been one of our finest," Paula Abdul said when she heard the result.

Speaking with Seacrest on Friday, Head said he was "angry," and "bitter" about being sent home. "I was amazed," he said. "I had not prepared myself for that at all."
