用concrete pump要加多0.7米concrete。
大馬concrete叫石屎,新加坡的中國建築工人叫洋灰。剛來的時候覺得怪怪的 |

正确的是叫：混疑土 = concrete.
洋灰 = cement. |

石屎应该是最常用的，可能身边朋友是讲华语和功夫话的，常打电话给他们时，都会听到“落石屎”啦，例如：“落gan石屎”迟点打回给你，还是几时会“落石屎”，不得空等。。。 |

石屎车里的石屎是会少点的,
假如加埋wasted是不够的.
比如你订10m一定要叫10.5m....
尤其是下beam 和column , 100%不够.
还有记得当你订石屎的时候叫掌桶的人算桶.
因为我试过订石屎的时候来得数目少了.
一桶少0.5, 10桶就5m了.
还有下雨天和加水过后的石屎又不同,
会少很多. |

不用加多...总之column 和 beam 的加0.5m就够了....
比放说2.2m就用2,5m...2.4m就订3m..
订多一点点好过少多多...好过不够..
slab的话就要算最后一车...
比方说下100m slab,一车6m...16x6 = 96m...
最后的4m要等96那里下完后才订...
是大约接近下完后才算过...
这样就可以确定还缺多少又不会浪费时间... |

我有问过site的人， 他说他订的石屎车都不会少的，因为不敢少 ，每车都有多一点，建着3block都没少过 （算桶）

但是下slab 和 beam 一起的勒。。。

the volume might be not correct...
i experinced bfor,.............buildcon...........especially when casting using pump....
site plant batcher normally do this type of trick bcos they know what method the site is going to use for casting,......hoisting by bucket or concrete pump....
they accumulate the cement quantity and this can be their pocket money...........
a batcher/ plant manager was fired bcos of this.............we normally standby some empty mould on site...........1 m3 each...............fill the concrete into the mould,.............if the quantity vary from what u ordered............MAMPUSLAH DIA.......the payment deduction will start from the very begining base of the % of shortage.....
counting the concrete bucket is only a guide line but u would not have evidence to proof the shortage......the supplier will be speechless if u able to proof them by the concrete poured into the mould.........STEEL MOULD |
