写给TMNet有关P2P的投诉信,第7页164楼就是P2P的公告，如何投诉CFM？

Dear XXX,

Many thanks on your feedback.

Prior to the remarkable rise of P2P traffic recently, it has indiscriminately pushed onto the maximum utilisation of our network capacity, while on the other hand proven to be utilised by only 20% of our total user.

Given the current - and growing popularity of P2P file sharing, we're looking at adopting methods to manage this situation. Regretfully,this approach can easily be positioned as unfavourable amongst our subscriber,and we're truly aware of this. However, please be informed that such approach is nothing exceptional to what has been implemented by
other, non local broadband service provider.

We're sorry for the inconvinience caused .

惨了，自从上次我的速度升级到2048/512后Download Rate的SNR Margin超低，有时还SNR Margin 0害我断线，真的是不升好过升

说真的，如果他们要limit也是没办法的。
但是希望他们能在午夜12点到早上8点unlimit P2P.
我想不会全部“那些80%”不用P2P的用户在晚上凌晨上网吧。
如果以clogging banwidth 及少数服从多数的理由的话，我真的没话讲，只好退一步。
但是“我们这些20%”也是用户呀！
是不是也要顾及我们的利益？

终于否认了，他们否认了BlockP2P。

Greetings to you and I would like to take this opportunity to ask you a favor. As you mentioned in the earlier replies, TMnet has noticed the problems due to P2P. And hence TMnet is taking action to solve respective problems. This is a good start.

And recently I found one website giving remark on TMnet. And what I have to say that I truly disappointing with TMnet. The link is below

As mentioned in the link above, I would like to highlight several points regarding to the article.

Points 1:
Recently, TMnet has employed Traffic Shaping by capping the download speed of P2P downloads. Now TMnet has been listed as one of the Bad ISPs, as shown below.

Point 2:
TMnet should not have provide unlimited high speed broadband if they cannot improve on their infrastructure to support the current overloading users.

Point 3:
TMnet never make any public announcements regarding this issue at or before March 2006.

As for conclusion, I would like to say that TMnet never provide the service up to expectance. Some more, TMnet never make any public announcements regarding this issue.

And more importantly, please do not ask me to ignore this article from Wikipedia as this site is highly trusted and well-known internationally.

And now, I would like to throw question regarding to P2P.
1. Is TMnet limiting the P2P bandwidth as my BT client could hardly reach 10K/s
Please answer [YES] or [NO]

2. If Yes, why is that TMnet never make such announcement regarding this issue since the Limitation stars.
Please provide good reasons and do not disappoint me again.

Lastly, your help is highly appreciated.

isn't capping bt dl speed breaching the contract already ?
if they cant support the bandwidth shouldn't stop pulling customers and upgrade comes to mind 1st ?
they're obviously cheating us
ask them that
it clearly states to gives us unlimited service and by capping p2p dl it's alrdy breaching the contract
somemore i saw the 1st post they say other non broadband isp also use p2p capping, so it means that as long as everyone is doing it it's not wrong ? wat do they mean by other isp ? jaring ? jaring is freakin under them , only time is left
and is there really a court case 2mr ? or jus a press conference with the local chinese newspaper ?
let's hope by doing so it doesn't make things worst goin up against a GLC in this countr...
later they put bandwidth cap on everyone we can cut off streamyx alrdy that time~

wat's more keep spamming them complain emails also not goin to be any use i think
they'll jus treat it like spam and wait a bit longer u'll be receiving automated reply -.-
unless we can use these emails of them admitting capping p2p dl breaching the contract as proof in a court case or something ~ which doesn't seem possible as they can find tons of excuse to say ur proof isn't vali8d

他们就是的确有顾及BT和Emule用家的感受所以的确做了在半夜以Full Bandwidth给BT/Emule用户，只是在白天工作时间顾及商业用户而限制BT/Emule等占用频宽的Software而已，所以是算很好了，可是有些白目却不明白，偏偏写什么投诉说人家限制P2P，觉得很白痴的做法，这样只会导致弄惹他们连半夜也限制那时就有好戏看了

哪有？
白天10kb/s以下。
晚上到凌晨30kb/s以下。
我以前是90~100kb/s左右的！
既然如此，那我还要rm88配套来做什么？
88配套66速度，不如用66的更加好！
