之前本人申请PETRONAS schlarship时因为选择了在本地求学...所以同时还必须申请UTP的foundation...现在petronas scholarship我没得到进educamp的机会...却得到了UTP去educamp的通知...到底这两个有什么分别？所以如果像我酱的情况如果真的得到UTP...进去读是需要自费的咯？话说每个在UTP读书的学生都需要经过面试才能进去读的吗？

•        Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
