来来去去都是我们几个人罢了^^相信十一月show house好了就不同了^^!!我发现也只有pearl residence的外墙颜色比较美。。去了pearl garden 看，怎么...好像铺了一层洋灰然后没上色的@@ |

Anyone know how the Pearl Residence cabling install? Will be everything underground or hang like Pearl Garden DST?
Beside that, Pearl Residence telephone line will use fibre optic? Then will TI install the Fibre optic to each unit or just go to Pearl Residence main hub?
How about Pearl Residence drainage system? Will TI make into underground? If underground, how many underground system will TI build for drainage system? |

SA 说cable全部是underground 的。。。其他的不是很sure

Received call from TI office.
Not all cable, just electric cable will be install underground, and confirm don has any electric cable pole.
Refer to the layout of whole garden, TNB control system will be install at the middle, side of club house.
And for the telephone cable, depend on Telekom, whether install copper or fibre optic.
But Sales person on the sales gallery at Pearl City was saying confirm is fibre optic for telephone cable, so which one is correct?
The drainage system will be install behind of the house, not fully shield... can refer to Pearl Garden DST.
Anyone can share out the picture for the drainage system for Pearl Garden DST?
Whatever information they provide cant confirm yet unless they really write down in the SnP.
But as I known, the SnP inner layout dimension for the house also did not list down clear as the browser they printed out.

还没开放的是靠近guard house的，也是最好卖的。。相信他们开放时应该卖接近400k 了 |
