The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that on 28 December 2012, HLS Land Sdn. Bhd. ("HLS Land"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company has submitted an application to the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") to strike off its name from the Register of CCM pursuant to Section 308 of the Companies Act, 1965. HLS Land has not been in operation since incorporation and has no intention of carrying on any business in the future. The striking off of HLS Land will not have any material financial effect on the earnings per share and net assets of HLSCorp Group for the financial year ending 31 December 2012. ("HLS Land"), a dormant wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 10 April 2013, received from the Companies Commission of Malaysia ("CCM") a letter dated 20 March 2013 notifying HLS Land that if no response to the contrary is received within one month from 20 March 2013, CCM will strike HLS Land from the Register of CCM and a notice will be published in the Government Gazette. 福祿壽被諭令9日停牌

（吉隆坡30日訊）PN17公司福祿壽企業（HLSCORP，7098，主要板消費）觸犯上市條例，無法如期呈交重組計劃，將在5月9日停牌、13日正式除牌。

根據馬證交所報備文告，該公司無法在期限前，即4月29日呈交重組計劃，違反主要板上市條例，需從5月9日起暫停交易；該公司可在5月8日前提出上訴，避免遭除牌。

早前報導指出，福祿壽企業子公司拖欠的債務達551萬2843令吉或佔公司總資產超過5%的貸款，去年4月中成為PN17公司。[中国报财经]

PN17-SUSPENSION AND DE-LISTING

LISTING'S CIRCULAR NO. L/Q : 67684 OF 2013

Hock Lok Siew Corporation Berhad had failed to submit its regularisation plan to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (Bursa Securities) for approval within 12 months from the Company’s First Announcement in accordance with paragraph 8.04(3)(a)(i) of the Bursa Securities Main Market Listing Requirements (Main LR) i.e. on or before 29 April 2013.

In the circumstances and pursuant to paragraph 8.04(5) of the Main LR :-

(a)        the trading in the securities of the Company will be suspended with effect from 9 May 2013; and

(b)        the securities of the Company will be de-listed on 13 May 2013 unless an appeal against the de-listing is submitted to Bursa Securities on or before 8 May 2013 (the Appeal Timeframe). Any appeal submitted after the Appeal Timeframe will not be considered by Bursa Securities.

In the event the Company submits an appeal to Bursa Securities within the Appeal Timeframe, the removal of the securities of the Company from the Official List of Bursa Securities on 13 May 2013 shall be deferred pending the decision on the Company’s appeal.

With respect to the securities of the Company which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository.

Alternatively, shareholders of the Company who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates, can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts maintained with Bursa Depository at anytime after the securities of the Company have been de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities. This can be effected by the shareholders submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities’ General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures.

Upon the de-listing of the Company, the Company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. The Company is still able to continue its operations and business and proceed with its corporate restructuring and its shareholders can still be rewarded by the Company’s performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.

該公司發文告說，交易所早前限定公司需在本月8日前提出上訴，惟截至限期止公司並未提出上訴，因此股票將按照交易所指示，暫停交易後除牌。
