（吉隆坡7日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）澄清，该公司不属于政府所拥有，也没有跟大马皇家海关部门签订任何关于消费税（GST）的协议。

MYEG服务向马交所报备，针对《商业时报》报道指MYEG服务为“政府拥有”科技服务供应商，该公司澄清MYEG服务为一家上市公司，而非“政府拥有”。

该公司的大股东，包括Asia Internet控股和Asia Internet E-Services控股，皆不是政府所拥有的公司。

MYEG服务指，有某些政府基金的确投资了该公司，但它们所掌控的股权加总还少于整体的2%。

此外，针对第三电视（TV3）新闻报道指称，MYEG服务将获颁发征收政府销售税合约的新闻。

该公司澄清，MyGST系统是海关部门用于推行消费税的设施，有许多业者参与这个系统的各个环节，包括MYEG服务持有40%股权的联号公司———MYEGIntegrated Networks。

Nevertheless, certain government funds have invested in the company but their stake comprise of less than 2% of MYEG’s outstanding shares in total. The Board wishes to clarify that the computer system MyGST refers to a wholistic new system which the Royal Malaysian Customs Department (“Customs”) is testing to facilitate the implementation of the goods and services tax (“GST”) by 1 April 2015. There are a few parties involved in the various components of this system of which MYEG via its 40% owned associate company, MY EG Integrated Networks Sdn Bhd (“MINT”), is one of these parties. As of to date, MYEG has not entered into any legally binding agreement with the Customs. MYEG will release public announcement should any award of contract be received from the Customs, which is expected to have a material effect on the price, value or market activity of the Company’s shares, in accordance with the Company’s Corporate Disclosure Policy and Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. 获海关网上报税合约 MYEG 攻零售业收益看俏

（吉隆坡15日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）刚获得的海关网上报税电子监管系统（简称CSTM）计划若进行顺利，则有机会继续参与次期有关零售领域工作，为公司带来更庞大的收益。

MYEG服务周四宣布，获大马皇家海关部门颁发总值1亿8000万令吉、为期6年的CSTM合约，并从4月1日正式生效，预计能激励截至2015年6月30日财年及之后的业绩表现。

MYEG服务指出，上述系统将把海关税收系统，连接至商家的销售点终端和收银机，方便海关有效地监管政府税收。

联昌国际银行研究分析员指出：“如果未来数月的工作一切顺利，MYEG服务或探讨进行第二期工程的工作，当中包括了商家零售领域，而这规模比CSTM大5至10倍。”

“尽管如此，我们并未把第二期工程盈利贡献计算在业绩预测内，因为前提是未来数月的首期工程顺利进行。”

料下财年进账

分析员就MYEG服务管理层在过去数月，已透露该计划将于今年4月开始，而不为此消息感到意外。

“我们也把上述计划合约的贡献，纳入公司的业绩预测内，预测CSTM会在2015财年开始贡献盈利。”

虽然上述合约总值是1亿8000万令吉，但MYEG服务指其初步资本开销为1亿令吉，额外8000万令吉为未来6年的营运资本。

聯昌研究認為，若CSTM服務在未來數月順利拓展，MYEG可能放眼落實涵蓋零售業在內的第二期工程，潛在規模將是CSTM市場的5至10倍。

不過，聯昌研究並未將第二期工程潛在效益納入盈利目標內，主要是合約胥視MYEG在未來數月能否順利執行CSTM服務。

該行表示，相關協議並不叫人意外，因MYEG在過去數年已積極籌備CSTM服務，而管理層也在過去數月暗示相關工程將在今年4月於全國推展。

“以現有的20%營業額基礎來算，我們的盈利目標已預見相關工程將於2015財政年開始帶來盈利貢獻。＂該證券行相信CSTM計劃初步資本開銷為1億令吉，但MYEG卻指相關合約價值為1億8千萬令吉，料額外8千萬令吉將是未來6年的營運開銷。

整體來說，M Y E G長期前景胥視CSTM能否在未來數月取得成功，但該證券行相信現有正面消息流已全面反映在其2015年19.4倍本益比內，整體估值並不廉宜，維持“持有＂評級，目標價3令吉零5仙。

（八打灵再也25日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）证实可从政府在海关网上报税电子监管系统收取的税收中，获得20%的营业额分额。

MyEG服务通过旗下拥有40%股权的MyEG综合网络，获得大马皇家关税局颁发总值1亿8000万令吉的海关网上报税电子监管系统合约。

根据《星报》报道，该系统主要把海关税收系统连接至商家的供应销售点系统和收银机，让海关有效监管政府税收。由于这系统合约有丰厚回酬，成了业界讨论焦点。

联昌国际研究分析员在报告上指出，海关网上报税电子监管系统收取的款额中，50%归政府，另50%则属于承接该项目的MyEG财团，由于MyEG服务拥有40%股权，因此它在该项目的有效收入分额为20%。

该报告估计，该项目首阶段的基本收入约8亿令吉，每年增长率是8至9%。

目前尚不确定MyEG服务能从该合约中获得多少收入，该公司昨日向大马交易所报备时表示，一旦与政府签署协议，将对外公布合约详情。

该公司表示，这项目始于4月1日，根据海关网上报税电子监管系统相关信函，若参与单位收集的税收额，超出政府所能收集的税收额，该公司预计可获得20%的有效收入。【南洋网财经】

大股东增持至近33% MYEG或接全购献议

（吉隆坡6日讯）若无计入最近股票回购行动累积1081万库存股，MYEG服务有限公司（MYEG，0138，贸易服务组）大股东已增加于该电子政府服务供应商的持股至接近触动强制全面收购水平。

一份致给大马交易所的文件显示，MYEG服务董事经理黄天顺和执行董事拿督拉惹慕尼萨，已透过亚洲互联网控股私人有限公司，斥资2423万令吉或每股2.85令吉，收购了850万股股票，相等于公司1.44%股权。

这项在场外进行的交易，已增加亚洲互联网控股在MYEG服务的持股，从31.2%提高到32.66%，接近触动强制全面收购该公司其余股票的水平。

黄天顺和慕尼萨，已看到他们的间接持股从32.1%提高到33.57%。

MYEG服务称：“上述直接和间接持股巴仙率，都未计入该公司回购，并保留为库存股的1081万股每股面值10仙普通股。”

MYEG明年淨利料1800萬

（吉隆坡27日訊）MYEG服務（MYEG,0138,主板貿服組）今年4月起在餐館、娛樂場所等裝置所需配備，為目前由服務稅過渡至明年4月實施消費稅作好準備；聯昌研究預測，若稅務超越基礎水平20%，2015與2016財政年可獲1千800萬至2千萬令吉淨利。

MYEG服務的關稅服務稅監控系統（CTSM），將於今年4月裝置；最初階段是銜接2萬個銷售點（POS），並透過在現金登記終站裝置“dongles”以電子監控服務稅交易，有助減少服務稅的流失和改善政府稅收。

政府從2015年4月1日開始，把現有服務稅改為消費稅（GST），其稅率為6%。

2014年，預料政府從首階段關稅服務稅監控系統（CTSM），獲收益8億5千萬令吉的服務稅；考量到大馬經濟成長和通貨膨脹，未來6年的服務稅每年以10%增長。

聯昌認為，MYEG服務在超過基礎水平後，才可獲得報酬。如果低於基礎水平，公司的甚麼都沒得到。倘若超過基礎水平（不包括營運開銷與減值），公司將獲有關收取稅收的的20%作為回酬。

根據聯昌敏感度分析，若CSTM收益超過10%基礎水平，MYEG服務將可盈虧持平，而超過20%則可為2015至2016財政年貢獻1千800萬至2千萬令吉淨利。

聯昌給予MYEG服務“持有”評級，維持M每股盈利預測與3令吉零5仙目標價，多數正面消息已反映在股價上。本益比與同儕客凱易（CUSCAPI,0051,主板科技組）旗鼓相當，為21倍。（星洲日報／財經‧報道：張啟華）

（吉隆坡1日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）的海关服务税监管系统（CSTM）项目将于本月起开跑，分析员预计这系统可从2015财年起，为该公司带来超过2000万令吉的净利。

特许经营权6年

联昌国际投行研究分析员说，CSTM能为MYEG服务带来的净利，取决于该系统能带来多高的额外服务税税收。

“根据2011年试验，该系统可助政府取得高过10%的额外税收。我们以此作为指引，有信心可取得20%的额外税收。”

分析员说：“若预测准确，CSTM项目预计可从2015财年起，带来超过2000万令吉的净利。”

MYEG服务在2月宣布，获大马皇家海关部门颁发CSTM合约，合约价值预计达1亿8000万令吉，特许经营权为6年。



获额外税收才有回酬

CSTM项目本月起在全国开跑，相关安装工程正进行中，目前6%的服务税将在明年4月1日起，被同样是6%的消费税（GST）取代。

MYEG服务自2009年开始这个项目相关工作，并于2011年在一些快餐店和餐厅进行测试，当时服务税收取得10%增长。

CSTM项目的首期会把餐厅和娱乐场所2万个销售点连接起来，方便监管税收情况，料减少漏洞和改善政府税收。

MYEG服务只有在服务税获得额外税收，才能获得回酬；该公司可从额外税收中，享有其中的20%收入。



股价已反映利好

分析员表示，政府预计在今年，可取得8亿5000万令吉的服务税。

考虑了国家长期通胀和经济增长情况，未来6年的服务税获得额外税收，设定在每年10%增长。

“根据我们的敏感度分析，如果取得10%的额外税收，MYEG服务可达收支平衡。”

分析员说，若额外税收仅有5%，MYEG服务则蒙受900至1000万令吉的年度亏损。

相反地，若额外税收达30%，CSTM项目则可为公司带来3700至4000万令吉的净利。

“我们的业绩预估，已假设CSTM的税收达20%，并为2015财年带来1800至2000万令吉的净利。”

分析员维持每股盈利预估和目标价，也认为MYEG服务股价已反映正面消息，因此维持“守住”评级。【南洋网财经】
