是不是要拿股息就要买附加股呢？
是不是我现在有10lot 现在4.40的股，二号到期，可是到四号就有20lot 4.40/2=2.20 的股
然后有62仙利息可是要买0.93的股

We refer to the announcements made in relation to the Proposals dated 30 May 2011, 15 August 2011, 19 September 2011, 20 September 2011, 11 January 2012, 30 January 2012 and 31 January 2012 (“Announcements”). For consistency purposes, the abbreviations used throughout this announcement are the same as those previously defined in the Announcements.


On behalf of the Board, Alliance wishes to announce that the Board has resolved to fix the following:


(i)             the issue price of the Rights Shares at RM0.93 each; and


(ii)            the exercise price of the Warrants at RM2.06,


with an entitlement basis of two (2) Rights Shares together with one (1) Warrant and one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) Subdivided MFM Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 April 2012.


The issue price of RM0.93 per Rights Share and exercise price of the Warrants of RM2.06 represent a discount of approximately 50.3% and a premium of approximately 10.2% respectively to the theoretical ex-rights price of Subdivided MFM Shares of RM1.87 based on the 5-days weighted average market price of Subdivided MFM Shares up to 16 March 2012 of RM4.37, being the last market day prior to the date of this announcement.

１）为什么星期一会变RM2.20？而我的户口变成了亏RM2,200.00?

２）如果我不买OR，有什么后果？亏RM2,200.00?
３）OR＠RM0.93是定了的价钱？无论几时买都是这个价钱？
