The Board of Directors of Globaltec Formation Berhad ("GFB") wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, AutoV Corporation Sdn. Bhd. (“AutoV”), has on 3 June 2025 entered into a Joint Venture and Subscription Agreement (“JVSA”) with Blue Breeze Sdn. Bhd. (“BBSB”) to jointly subscribe for shares in GFB Hongli Sdn. Bhd. (formerly known as Amazesphere Sdn. Bhd.) (“JVCo”), to undertake the assembly and sales of leaf springs, a key component in the heavy vehicle suspension systems (“JV Business”). We wish to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (“ASX”) has today announced on ASX, the successful completion of drilling for the TE-B06001 well within its Tanjung Enim Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) Plan of Development 1 (“Tanjung Enim POD 1”) contract area, in South Sumatra, Indonesia. Gas shows were observed at surface via logging equipment, confirming the presence of coal bed methane (“CBM”) across multiple seams. NuEnergy has also successfully installed a Progressive Cavity Pump (PCP) system at the well site. This installation represents a critical step in advancing towards stable gas production and optimizing well performance. As anticipated, gas build-up is progressing steadily as observed in the casing pressure. Gas will be gathered at the surface facility and delivered to the Gas Processing Facility upon reaching target production levels.
