（吉隆坡30日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）子公司NuEnergy Gas（简称NGY）已完成两座探井的挖掘，但迄今却没有取得诱人的商业发现，故决定放弃印尼Rengat的生产共享合约（PSC）。

亿利达控股向交易所报备，NGY已经完成了两座探井的挖掘活动。

目前，公司正准备呈交竣工报告给印尼上游石油天然气执行特别单位，以落实及确定完工。

由于在挖掘过程中没有诱人的商业发现，因此，亿利达控股和上游石油天然气执行特别单位双方同意，让NGY放弃相关合约。

Rengat的生产共享合约的净账面价值为1010万美元（约4133万令吉），但亿利达控股表明，放弃合约并不会影响公司的营运。

专注煤层气业

这符合公司的关键策略，以专注于四个苏门答腊南部的生产共享合约，开发及营运一个大型煤层气供应，并更好地利用目前的资源。

随着更有效地分配资源，NGY能专注于Tanjung Enim的生产共享合约，以获得首批非传统天然气。

亿利达控股早前表示，冀望通过多元化至煤层气业务，可获得丰厚回酬，帮助公司最快在明年转亏为盈。【e南洋】

The Company wishes to inform that the title of the above article is inaccurate. We wish to clarify that our subsidiary company, NuEnergy Gas Limited ("NuEnergy") is an independent clean energy company which focuses on the development of unconventional gas assets (i.e. coal bed methane) in Indonesia.  NuEnergy holds the following six (6) onshore coal bed methane production sharing contracts (“PSC”) across Indonesia: Rengat PSC, Central Sumatra; Tanjung Enim PSC, South Sumatra; Muara Enim PSC, South Sumatra Muara Enim II PSC, South Sumatra; Muralim PSC, South Sumatra; and Bontang Bengalon PSC, East Kalimantan As announced on 30 November 2017, NuEnergy and the Indonesian Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (commonly referred to as SKK Migas) have amicably agreed for NuEnergy to relinquish the Rengat Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) in Central Sumatra after receiving confirmation from SKK Migas on the completion of the firm commitment for the Rengat PSC. The relinquishment of Rengat PSC will not have any material impact to the operation of NuEnergy. We also wish to reiterate that NuEnergy remains committed in delivering Indonesia’s first coal bed methane supply from its Tanjung Enim PSC. This is in line with our strategic focus on our four (4) South Sumatra PSCs (Tanjung Enim PSC, Muara Enim PSC, Muara Enim II PSC and Muralim PSC), which are located adjacent to each other, to develop and operate a large coal bed methane supply and to better utilise the Group’s current resources to bring these South Sumatra PSCs to development/production. 亿利达控股今天向交易所报备，该煤层气蕴藏量证书，是来自Tanjung Enim生产共享合约（PSC）准备初步发展计划的目标发展区域。

该公司表示，印尼煤层气蕴藏量证书将由印尼政府机构，如LEMIGAS所管理。取得证书是煤层气发展计划筹备的必要过程之一，也是整个发展计划的根基。

一旦发展计划获批，煤层气的商业发展就能开始运作。

根据煤层气蕴藏量证书，该区域共发现86.05标准立方英尺（Bscf）的探明蕴藏量，及78.84标准立方英尺的概略蕴藏量。

因此，在该面积达33平方公里的发展区域（占Tanjung Enim生产共享合约面积13%），总煤层气蕴藏量共达165标准立方英尺。

一旦发展计划获批，NuEnergy Gas可通过超过200口井，每日将2500万立方英尺的煤层气送到市场。

亿利达控股副执行主席纪永华通过文告表示，证书为公司背书，且对Tanjung Enim资产的前景来说，是一个非常清晰的指标，符合公司对苏门答腊南部的煤层预期。

“Tanjung Enim的初步发展计划区域，仅占我们在苏门答腊生产共享合约2280平方公里总面积的1.4%。我们对于其他生产共享合约的巨大潜能感到振奋。”

On behalf of the Board of Directors of GFB, we hereby wish to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”) (a subsidiary of GFB which is listed on the Australian Securities Exchange), has received the coal bed methane (“CBM”) reserves certification from the Indonesia Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology (commonly referred to as LEMIGAS) for the Tanjung Enim Production Sharing Contract (“PSC”) initial Plan of Development (“POD”) target development areas. LEMIGAS is the Indonesian government research & technology institution operating in the area of upstream and downstream oil and gas business and has key roles in the development of the oil & gas industry through research, engineering and development activities. The Indonesia CBM reserves certification to be administered by an Indonesian state agency such as LEMIGAS, is one of the required processes in the CBM POD preparation and forms the basis of the overall POD. Once the POD is approved, CBM commercial development may commence for that specified resource. The CBM reserves certification has concluded with findings of 86.05 Bscf of proved reserves (P1) and 78.84 Bscf for probable reserves (P2) giving a total gas reserves of around 165 Bscf for the target development areas covering 33 km2 (or 13% of the Tanjung Enim PSC acreage) that would enable NuEnergy to deliver 25 MMSCFD to the market through the development of over 200 wells once the POD is approved. Commenting on the Indonesian CBM reserves certification by LEMIGAS, NuEnergy Deputy Executive Chairman, Kee Yong Wah said: “This certification is an endorsement and a very clear indicator of the underlying prospects of the Tanjung Enim asset and is in line with our expectation of the coal seams in the South Sumatra region. The Tanjung Enim initial target development area only represents 1.4% of our total South Sumatra PSCs acreage of 2,280 km2 and we are excited about the huge potential of our other South Sumatra PSCs with the expectation that the Tanjung Enim target development area is a representation of the rest of these assets. Reference is made to our announcements relating to the Tanjung Enim PSC dated 22 February 2017, 3 August 2017, 28 September 2017 and 15 January 2018. We are pleased to announce that NuEnergy Gas Limited (“NuEnergy”), our subsidiary listed on the Australia Securities Exchange has submitted the First Plan of Development for the Tanjung Enim Field (“POD I”) within the Tanjung Enim PSC to the Head of the Indonesian Special Task Force for Upstream Oil and Gas Business Activities (commonly referred to as SKK Migas) who upon its final review, will submit to the Indonesia Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources for approval. The POD I submission represents a key regulatory milestone in the development of the Tanjung Enim PSC. The proposed POD I plans for the development of 209 wells in the identified areas of the Tanjung Enim PSC covering  about 33km2 (or 13% of the total Tanjung Enim PSC acreage), where the gas will be transported through a 24km new pipeline to be built as part of this POD I to the north of the PSC linking to the nearby existing infrastructures, including connecting to PT Pertamina Gas (commonly referred to as Pertagas) transmission pipeline situated in the north of the Tanjung Enim PSC that has greater market access and flexibility to the Palembang area. The Indonesia Research and Development Center for Oil and Gas Technology (commonly referred to as LEMIGAS) has confirmed and certified reserves totaling ~164.89 billion standard cubic feet (bscf) of gas. NuEnergy signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Pertagas in September 2017 to explore the gas supply from the Tanjung Enim PSC and NuEnergy will now progress on further negotiations on the commercial terms. The proposed POD I plans for the gas production and delivery to plateau at 25 million standard cubic feet per day (mmscfd) for 10 years. Pursuant to Chapter 9 of the Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements (“Listing Requirements”), the Board of Directors of GFB wishes to announce that AutoV Corporation Sdn Bhd (“AVCB”), a wholly owned subsidiary of GFB, had on 14 May 2018 divested its entire 100% equity interests comprising, 1,000,000 ordinary shares in JP Metal Sdn Bhd (“JPM”) to Tee Ah Bee and Yong Kin Choon, both Malaysians (collectively as “Purchasers”) (“Divestment”) for a total cash consideration of RM400,000 (“the Consideration”) in the following proportion and cash consideration: Purchasers Number of shares in JPM Cash consideration (RM) Tee Ah Bee 510,000 204,000 Yong Kin Choon 490,000 196,000 The Consideration has been paid by the Purchasers to AVCB on even date and the Divestment has been completed on 14 May 2018.    JPM was incorporated in Malaysia on 17 November 1993. JPM is principally engaged in the manufacture and fabrication of tools and dies and stamped metal components for electronics and automotive industries. JPM incurred audited net losses for the financial year ended 30 June 2017 and 10 months ended 30 April 2018 of RM1.2 million each. The Divestment resulted in a net loss on disposal of RM35,000 based on the unaudited net assets of JPM as at 30 April 2018 of RM435,000. The Divestment was undertaken as JPM has been incurring losses and the business environment of JPM and the industry that JPM is in is highly competitive and is no longer attractive to GFB Group. As such, the Divestment represents a good opportunity for GFB Group to divest/liquidate its non-core and non-profitable business. None of the Directors and major shareholders of GFB nor persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Divestment. Pursuant to paragraph 10.02(g) of the Listing Requirements, the highest percentage ratio applicable to the Divestment is less than 5%. Hence, the Divestment is a transaction that does not require any announcement under the requirements of Chapter 10 of the Listing Requirements. This announcement is dated 14 May 2018.

亿利达控股与香港EPI Energy终止合作

（吉隆坡16日讯）亿利达控股（Globaltec Formation Bhd）已经终止与香港EPI Energy Holdings Ltd合作的计划，以参与前者印尼子公司的勘探和生产活动。

亿利达控股指出，终止了解备忘录是因为无法就商业条款达成协议。

亿利达控股于8月30日宣布，EPI Energy有意收购其印尼子公司Dart Energy (Indonesia) Holdings Pte Ltd的股权，以参与印尼煤层气勘探和生产。

根据了解备忘录，EPI Energy应该提供技术知识和财务援助。

Dart Energy最近向印尼能源和矿产资源部提交了关于Tanjung Enim PSC的第一份印尼煤层气开发计划，以寻求批准。

Dart Energy是亿利达控股澳洲上市子公司NuEnergy Gas Ltd的独资子公司。

EPI Energy为香港上市公司EPI（控股）有限公司的独资子公司。EPI及其子公司主要从事石油勘探及生产、放债及证券业务投资。
