我想问:以我自己一个人的能力可以借到loan吗?
工钱:RM3500(已扣epf socso)(没有其他收入)
所得税:没有
目前欠:没有
信用卡:没有
房产:没有(还没拥有过)
供车:没有
开销:1k
想要买的屋子价钱:349k(头期和其他费用要怎办多少?)
Loan rate 哪一个银行配套比较适合我?loan+MRTA可以借到多少?(如果给了10%头期,还有其他费用要给的?)

2.)每一个quarter给一次, 每次7000 (还没扣EBF & Income tax). 在quarter4 时,会给更多 10K -20k .

感觉好像是外资银行, H*BC. 每quarter 出commission.
建议你可以把 最新6个月 commission slip + bank statement (2 quarters) 或着去年的whole year commission slip print 出来. 我帮你做个计算.

RM1500 是保险和杂费。
我是要买新屋。
有1.35mil loan eligibility 是蛮高。不过那个property agent说现在贷款难,还有我的comitment高,有60% 会loan reject.
