亿利达完成印尼钻气井

（吉隆坡22日讯）亿利达（GLOTEC,5220,主板工业产品组）宣布，该公司旗下澳洲上市子公司——Nu Energy Gas有限公司，已完成印尼丹绒伊宁的钻气井活动。

文告指出，Nu Energy Gas有限公司在印尼南苏门答腊的丹绒伊宁生产分享合约下，首次先导生产活动已经完成，目前已进入脱水及生产测试。虽然上述脱水及生产测试尚在初步阶段，惟初步指标令人鼓舞。从这些资产的前景显示，当此资产通过储存列入获得提升，预料将可获得良好成绩。

NuEnergyGas有限公司为澳洲股市上市公司，主要是一家天然气及辅助能源开发公司，目前专注在印尼设立非传统的天然气生产活动。

该公司第四季营业额为5466万9000令吉，前期为6865万令吉。

同期间，该公司全年净亏损为1645万2000令吉，前期净亏损为4129万7000令吉。该公司全年营业额为2亿5237万9000令吉，前期为2亿9936万8000令吉。

亿利达和Atmel拟售AIC 92%

2016年9月20日
（吉隆坡19日讯）亿利达控股（GLOTEC，5220，主板工业产品股）宣布，两家独资子公司和Atmel机构计划脱售AIC半导体的92%股权。

根据文告，亿利达控股旗下的AIC机构（AICC）和AIC科技私人有限公司（AICT）连同Atmel机构，与苏州固锝电子有限公司（Suzhou Good-Ark Electronic Co Ltd）签署投资意向书，有意脱售AIC半导体的92%股权。

该项脱售价将参考AIC半导体截至5月31日的净资产价值、买家进行精密审核后的结果，以及双方同意的价格而定。

AIC半导体截至5月31日的净资产价值为5740万令吉，而AICC和AICT的暂定脱售总额大约是4590万令吉。

亿利达控股董事部认为，AIC半导体涉足的领域面对挑战，已不再吸引人。

同时，该项脱售计划让集团能够脱售蒙亏的子公司，并将取得的现金用于核心业务。【e南洋】
