选屋子又是挣扎的时候了, 怕看中的会被别人先选去, 祝你顺顺利利.
我还是觉得Coney Island是会更贵的, 汽油味不懂有没有, 但海景肯定是好过北部一带的, 也肯定没Marine Parade好.
北部一带有不太好的评语,就好像关卡的繁忙,还有海事业的污染。南海的价位较高,当然是海景较美,但是也有地点区分。
就好像East Coast一带的休闲就是高价位的,相比较起来,West Coast价位就偏低了点。
当然去CBD的距离也是要点之一。PSA和Jurong Island也是影响价位的一个因素。
Coney Island应该可以望到Pulau Ubin一带的海, 不懂Pulau Ubin那里会闻到汽油味吗? 或许可以成为一个参考.
我收到一些消息, Coney Island会打造成Water Sports Centre, 但还不肯定真确性.
我对于Punggol的担忧反而是就业的地方, Punggol是住宅区, 附近也没什么就业地点.
不懂Seletar Aerospace Hub的发展如何, 也不懂Defu一带以后的工业转型进展的如何. Pulau Punggol也还没有什么消息. |

胜兄,WaterwayPoint的户外餐饮区就只有那么小小的一个地方,要和ClarkeQuay比我觉得实在差远了, ...

Punggol的弱点就是离CBD较远, 这是地理上没法改变的事实. 我倒觉得Punggol会像是个小East Coast. 集合住宅与休闲于一体.
说真的, 我也喜欢宁静点的住宅环境, 如果我家楼下像Clarke Quay那样我也会晕倒. 相信政府不会让会制造噪音的业者在那边营业.
比较起A Treasure Trove, 我觉得有点Over Priced了, 大间点的可以卖到1.6-1.7M. (相等与一间A Treasure Trove外加一间HDB的价钱)
除非他的设计非凡那就另当别论.
在Overall Zoning Plan里, facing最好的都是大间的Sky Patio type. 向东北又对着主要的水道,
但听说有80%的房子都能看到水, 这是Condo里面较少有的. |

kiat兄误会了,我的是3xx多号,已经有两百多对couple去选了,到我去选还有60多对,面向waterway的几乎全部被选走了,我看中是面向courtyard的,斜斜看的话可以看到一点waterway
可能将那句话的CEO没有坐过MRT,所以不知道连接MRT站/Bus站的Mall比比皆是,serangoon,tampines,clementi。。。 |

● 胡洁梅 报道 两个好朋友一起去钓鱼,不料天气突变,闪电辟下来,一个被劈死,一个受伤。 这起命案,发生在前天下午5时20分左右,地点在罗弄哈鲁士路尾端的“实龙岗岛”(前称“科尼岛”,Coney Island)。 死者陈源英,46岁;伤者连祥发,41岁,两人都是钓鱼发烧友。 据知,事发前下着大雨,还不时打雷闪电,陈源英疑躲在大树下避雨,没想到被闪电劈中,当场倒地。连祥发相信没有直接被闪电劈到,身上没有灼伤,但肌肉痉挛,事后送往樟宜综合医院救治,目前在加护病房留医,相信情况已稳定。 民防部队在下午5时19分接到通知,抵达现场时,发现陈源英已死亡。警方从事发地点带走两支钓鱼杆、背包、一双鞋子、钓鱼配备盒和帽子,相信属于死伤者。 陈源英单身,住在义顺。他的几名亲友昨早到殓尸房办理认尸手续,神情哀伤,不愿多谈。 遭闪电击中的事故时有所闻。前年10月25日,一名中年商人在丹那美拉乡村俱乐部打高尔夫球时,遭闪电辟中受伤,送院后不治。2008年8月23日,一对夫妻在榜鹅码头雨中撑伞垂钓,结果被闪电击中,双双受伤。 遇到雷雨交加时,尽量不要在雨中行走,找个合适地方避雨。避雨地点不要选择电线杆子旁或孤立的大树下,也不要站在高坡上,因为靠近的物体越高,遭雷劈的可能性越大。尽量避免接触金属制品,身上最好不要有金属用品。(人名译音)

SINGAPORE: Units at a new property launch will go on sale on Wednesday, but some 500 people are already queuing for them.
And about 100 of them are students.
Most of the students said they are helping family or friends queue for a spot in Bedok Residences, a development coming up at Bedok New Town.
Interested buyers must get a queue number, and the students said they are being paid about S$10 an hour to do the job.
Residents in the area said some of them have been there since 10pm on Sunday.
Bedok Residences will have 583 units and is part of a 15-storey integrated development consisting of residential units, a shopping mall and a transportation hub.
The development is by CapitaLand Residential Singapore and CapitaMalls Asia.

今天傍晚终于轮到我们去HDB选屋子了。
虽然不是最靠近Waterway的,可是斜斜望出去可以看得到,虽然不是高楼,可是在『高』和『低』的中间楼也不错。
总之很开心{:2_67:}

Bedok Residences' units sell like hotcakes

SINGAPORE: More than half of 583 units at Bedok Residences were sold within seven hours of its launch.
Long queues started forming onsite three days ago.
Agents resorted to hiring teens to stand in proxy for genuine buyers as the developers decided to operate on a "first-come, first-served" basis.
CapitaLand said most buyers rushed in to make their selection without even viewing the showrooms.
A unit costs between S$1,100 to S$1,500 per square foot.
The development is an integrated residential property, with homes located on top of a shopping centre.
While the price of a unit is higher than most properties in the eastern region, buyers said location played a large role in generating their interest.
"It's in Bedok, I grew up here. It's also located at Bedok Central, so it's pretty convenient," said a potential buyer.
"It's the location. We have an MRT nearby, a bus terminal, and it's relatively near to town and the airport," said another.

The Bedok Residences project that has generated so much talk this week for imposing a queue system on potential buyers racked up robust sales figures at its official launch on Wednesday.
Buyers snapped up about 350 of the 450 homes released as at 5pm - 60 per cent of the 583 flats in the CapitaLand project. Two-bedroom units were the most popular, comprising 36 per cent of the sales, followed by one-bedders with study rooms at 28 per cent.
Prices averaged $1,350 per sq ft for units, which range from 517 sq ft for a one-bedder to penthouses of 3,218 sq ft.
Hundreds of people queued for a chance to buy units at the 15-storey integrated project on New Changi Road, with some hopefuls arriving as early as Sunday night. |

如果是我可以选的话, 我也会选不是正对着河面的, 至少感觉会比较宁静.
在一个十五层楼高左右的HDB, 我的心意会是是8-12楼之间, 太高的我也不喜欢, 感觉会太亮. |

只要靠近地铁站,都会卖得火红。。。
City Developments said in an update yesterday that it has sold 320 out of the 400 units it released in the 892-apartment The Palette.
Sales of the Pasir Ris project started on Nov 12. Units were priced at an early bird average of about $870 psf then, but prices have since been adjusted upwards by a marginal 2-3 per cent.
'Launches that are conveniently located near MRT stations, such as The Palette, are experiencing strong take-up,' noted a CityDev spokeswoman.
Next week, UOL Group and Singapore Land intend to roll out their newest project, the 577-unit Archipelago @ Bedok Reservoir, BT understands.
Units at the project are said to be priced tentatively at around $1,100 psf. |
