以下是工作内容：

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for setting-out survey points and levels on site
Accountable for carrying out relevant site measurements for computation of interim and final quantities of work done
Accountable for preparing and submitting pre and post construction drawings
Liaises with Chief Surveyor to resolve survey discrepancies
Performs other duties as assigned

PERIODIC DUTIES:
Monitors and arranges surveying instruments for calibrations twice a year
Attends site progress meetings
Monitors settlement markers when necessary

Job Requirements:

Certified in Cadastral Survey Course
Minimum 5 - 10 years relevant work experience in civil field
Hands-on experience in survey instruments and interpretation of construction drawings
Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office applications
Class 3 License

Job Responsibilities:

Accountable for checking and supervising site works so that quality works can be achieved within specific time
Accountable for inspection of project materials delivered by supplier to ensure conformity and arrange for testing if required
Accountable for coordinating and sequencing works in accordance to master and detailed construction schedules.
Accountable for compliance to safe work procedures and maintains good house-keeping
Accountable for proper deployment of workers, plants and machineries
Ensures completed works are completed and duly handed-over and defects have been rectified by relevant sub-contractors/suppliers
Arranges for deployment of workers, plants and machineries to various parts of site
Prepares request-for-inspection checklist
Carries out daily inspection on site works with consultants and site personnel such as RE and RTO
Carries out daily inspection on subcontractors' works
Leads and delegates work to a team of workers
Performs other duties as assigned

PERIODIC DUTIES:
Attends site progress meeting
Attends toolbox meeting
Attends safety management meeting

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Civil Engineering from established Malaysia Colleges, local Polytechnics or NCCS from CITI, Singapore
Certified in Building Construction Safety Course
At least 3 - 5 years of relevant Constructions Industry
Must be able to understand and interpret technical drawings/specifications

Supports Quantity Surveyors (Projects) in verifying progress payments and claims
Assists in planning and deployment of resources such as manpower, machinery, equipment and material
Liaises with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and government authorities on project related issues
Performs other duties as assigned

PERIODIC DUTIES:
Prepares site progress report
Attends site progress meetings
Attends site safety coordination meetings
Stands-in for Senior/Project Manager when required

Job Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, recognized by Building and Construction Academy (BCA) and preferably recognized by Professional Engineering Board, Singapore
At least 3 years relevant Civil experience
Available in both Singapore and Malaysia
