我也要知道appointed date选那一天。
sole proprietary是没有business registration number(BRN)但是一定要填。那填什么？
在Registration details有Registration is the result of audit ,你们有打勾吗？
Industry code 给sale of motor vehicle parts and accessories, motor vehicle air conditonal service应该是什么？我找到第一个是4digit的但登记时需要5digit的。
请帮忙谢谢。

我发现这个form C 的code 跟我去statistics 网站search 的code是完全不同的。。。一个是7开头，一个是6开头。。。我应该放哪一个？

appointed date是指 director 几时被 appoint

我问了我的tax agent，他说那个form c 的kod perniagaan 是IRB的，是跟KASTAM的不同的，所以要跟KASTAM的而不是IRB。
我已经知会老板，让他们自己去看那个LINK,看看那个CODE 适合我们的BUSINESS.

因为 sole-prop 是需要将他所有生意加起来报 GST，例如你有一间茶室，一间洗衣店，全部生意额加起来超过 RM 500,000 就要注册 under 你的名字，然后全部报在同一份 GST表格。

我公司是卖motor vehicle parts and accessories 和motor vehicle air cond service。请问是用45300和45201就够了？
这两个CODE 有包括卖motor oil, grease, car plate number, car alarm, battery water, double tape, wiper, Hifi, cooling coil, valve, hose, condenser和compressor?
听说6个月GST施行前那些旧stock可以向custom claim tax. 这是真的吗？几时到几时 的stock, 要这么做？ |

vrz 大大，如果sole-prop只拥有一间店收租，而且只是个人名下不在生意的账里面，租金收入也要charge GST 吗？

我又被[那本紫色的书]误导了, 这本书应该很多人买的, 但是有两三个 example 我发现是不对的.
[个人] 的店屋收租大家都还在争论着 (你可以 google 看下), 因为所谓的 [生意] 才计算为收入, 这店收租是生意吗 ? 如果是就要合并 Sole-Prop 生意 一起算, 如果超过 RM500,000 要注册, 然后两个收入都要 charge GST.
如果你的生意已经有 RM500,000 你就先注册, 店收租等 10/10/2014 预算案看有什么更新, 汽油也是还没有决定. 本帖最后由 vrz 于 13-9-2014 03:16 AM 编辑

别人和我说appointed date是填写合伙人的注册公司时的日期，
我填写了我个人的资料和注册公司时的日期，还有合伙人的相同资料。
appoint在这里是指什么意思呢？ |

partnership 的话，appoint date就填你们成立的日期吧。
