其实我不介意加工，因为到目前为止我还是有capacity load新的工作。
毕竟我这份工是有时会的空到从早上八点就count down到放工时间。也可能是因为酱，我觉得也是时候跳出来了，不然我真的会慢慢的退步。
竞争力也相对的会减少，趁我还有那份热诚，我想take up 更多的挑战。。。 （有点不相信自己讲的东西）。

I'm a headhunter, even though you are not my candidate, but below is my sincere advise, it's just another perspective anyway.

1. If your current company only counter offer you when you have a better offer, what does it mean?! Why only offer when you have a better offer? Does it mean that they actually would like to squeeze each penny from you? Or it means that when you valued more by others, they will only appreciate you?
- If the reason is this, LEAVE! (is like if you are in a relationship, your bf/gf treat you better when you found a better half)

2. If your current company is good in all perspectives, such as future growth, career path, monetary value, company culture and etc (anythig which is your concern), why would you want to go for interview with other organization? Since the current is not your best choice employer and career path, LEAVE!

3. What would happened if you stay in current company after you accepted the counter offer? What would you colleague think of you? What would your superior think of you? If you think what I am thinking, LEAVE!

Personally, I found no reason to stay in a company after I accepted a new offer. It simply unethical, it will not only look bad to the company who offered me, who trusted me, it as well spoil my reputation.

也对。。。但是因为还蛮新的，所以也没有什么所谓的Profit sharing还是什么。。。

你旧公司的老板本来就不想留你，是没办法才留你，我不觉得他有一点人情味
就算留你也是因为你能帮得上人家帮不到的忙，但是好就好在allowance多罢了
万一以后有更好的人才或者你犯错了什么，老板会对你怎样吗？

或许吧！反正公司没了谁都还是得照样营业的。
人情味他是还好啦~有哪位老板可以容许你因为家里有事，每天允许你三个小时早退并去和人事部争取不扣你工钱？而这样的状况是持续了差不多一个月 。这点我还是很appreciated的。

老实说，我这次走大多是看在薪水和前途。。。
快不快乐，我真的还不知道。。。

这点还比较能听，帮你争取不扣工钱
但是什么事情要维持早退1个月？

母亲因为急病进医院，所以必须要去照顾她。。。他就说不用担心，然后写了一封蛮长的email给HR。
