治水工程及房地产 大展放眼占营收40%

(吉隆坡8日讯)大展控股(GUH,3247,主板工业产品股)放眼在5年内,增加竞标治水工程合约和进行房地产发展,借此将非核心业务盈利营业额比例,由目前的25%增至40%。
该公司目前的核心业务为印刷电路板(PCB),大展控股计划在5年内,将该项业务的营业额贡献比例,从75%降至60%。
新邦安拔GDV翻倍
大展控股董事经理拿督方木弟接受《星报》访问时表示,公司将减少对印刷电路板业务的依赖,转由多元化收入来源,提高获利。
他说,公司将位于新邦安拔(Simpang Ampat)的土地重新规划后,发展总值(GDV)翻三倍。
该项房地产项目的发展总值原为2.38亿令吉。
大展控股在该处的发展地库达46.2英亩,该公司已有计划发展其中的19.6英亩,未来将在其余的20英亩地段进行综合发展项目,包括建设可负担价位房产,相关发展计划预计耗时8年至10年完成。【南洋网财经】 |

大展控股觊觎1.5亿水务工程

(乔治市20日讯)为了多元化收入来源,大展控股(GUH,3247,主板工业产品股)对价值1.5亿令吉的水务及废水方案工程虎视眈眈。
大展控股董事经理拿督方木弟说,公司将提高这项非核心业务的营业额及减少对印刷电路板(PCB)业务的依赖。
“我们正从现有客户手中,包括了国家水务委员会和槟城供水公司,竟标几个工程,希望能尽快获得合约。”
他在常年股东大会上,发表讲话。
他也预计,水务及废水处理业务,在今年将会取得大订单。
目前,大展控股非核心业务,贡献20%营业额,其余70至80%则来自印刷电路板业务。
“我们希望,非核心业务的营业额,在明年能达到40%,而印刷电路板则是60%。”
下季芙蓉推5.5亿房产
方木弟也披露,公司第三季将在芙蓉推介有地住宅产业,发展总值为5.5亿令吉。
“这项产业项目对业绩的激励,将在明年显现;同时,我们也积极地在吉隆坡寻找地库。”
目前,大展控股的地库有572英亩。
方木弟说,该公司对产业业务继续保持谨慎,因为估计市场充满挑战,归咎于银行收紧放贷。
“总的来说,我们预料今年会是充满挑战的一年,因为面对令吉贬值,油价下跌,还有实施消费税。”
大展控股的业务相当多元化,包括了电子与电气、产业、种植、水务与废水处理,以及电力等。

大展竞标16亿废水处理合约

(吉隆坡6日讯)大展控股(GUH,3247,主板工业产品股)正竞标总值16亿令吉废水处理合约,并在芙蓉推介1.4亿令吉产业项目。
董事经理拿督方木弟(译音)向《星报》指出,大展控股把目标锁定在10项中、北部区域的废水处理合约,放眼今年取得更多订单。
“废水处理业务去年为公司贡献12.5%盈利,截至目前的未进账销售为7400万令吉,随着更多合约流入,相信今年业务表现会更亮眼。”
芙蓉推产业项目
另一方面,公司也会在芙蓉推出产业项目,其中超过100个单位是有地产业,售价介于50万令吉至120万令吉间。
他补充道,预期废水处理和产业业务,今年将捎来约40%的营业额。
至于印刷电路板业务,随着竞争趋于激烈,相信我国和中国的销量将持平。

大展控股 斥2260萬購威省地

(吉隆坡9日訊)大展控股(GUH,3247,主要板工業)斥資總值2260萬令吉,收購位于檳城威省土地。
該公司向馬證交所報備指出,購地計劃分2項交易完成,分別以1208萬令吉及1052萬令吉,收購面積2.61公頃及2.272公頃土地。
文告指出,子公司大展實業私人有限公司今日已與賣方Leader控股及另一單位,簽署買賣協議。

减对电路板收益依赖 大展控股转攻产业

(吉隆坡19日讯)大展控股有限公司(GUH,3347,工业产品组)计划在5年内把核心业务集成电路板的收益贡献,降低到30%,并转移焦点到产业发展和公共事务,以获得更稳定的收入来源。
该公司的集成电路板主要利用于电器设备如冰箱和视听设备。
这项业务目前贡献约90%的集团收益,而其他2个部门目前则占少过10%,惟它有意在2020年前提高贡献到40%。
大展控股首席执行员兼董事经理拿督方木弟透露:“我们不要太集中于电子与电器领域,因它属于循环性成长。因此我们放眼公共事务和产业,以缓和相关的影响,因它们相较更加稳定。”
除了计划管理、产业发展和建造污水与水供处理厂,大展控股主要制造和销售混合集成电路板。它也从事电器商品与应用的贸易。
鉴于环球缓慢经济成长,方木弟表示,尽管该公司仍然对截至2015年12月31日止财政年拨出1300万令吉资本开销所带来的产能增长乐观,但集成电路板部门的成长却将停滞不前。
从而,虽然60%业务是以美元和人民币结算,在现有外汇利率有利的情况下,他预料2015财政年集成电路板业务仍只会录得5%至6%的微幅增长。
大展控股的集成电路板位于中国苏州。由于激烈区域竞争,它已提高家用电器部门的生产至48%(去年35%),并缩小视听部门至52%(之前65%)。

与此同时,方木弟也披露,就算在柬埔寨购电协议届满之前,大展控股时刻都探讨在印度支那地区的发电计划。

大展中止中国废水厂投资

(吉隆坡21日讯)大展控股(GUH,3247,主板工业产品股)无法落实在中国江苏高淳经济发展区的废水处理厂房计划,因而宣布中止有关投资。
由于大展控股与该区发展总公司的协议无法落实,因此,子公司GUH水务(高淳)公司,也已正式注销。
大展控股预期,GUH水务(高淳)公司的注销,不会对现财年的每股净利和每股净资产造成显著影响。
在2011年,大展控股和江苏高淳经济发展区发展总公司签署协议,以承建一座每日能够处理1亿公升废水的废水处理厂,并负责该区的分销网络。

通用控股股東要求罷免5董事

(吉隆坡1日訊)通用控股(MUH,9539,主要板房產)接獲一群小股東發出信函,要求召開股東特大罷免5名董事職務,再委任2名新董事成員。
該公司向馬證交所報備,接獲持有公司超過10%股權的小股東動議信函,要求召開股東特大罷免陳文豪、拿督阿都哈迪、麥文強、洪偉辰、謝振發(人名皆譯音),及任何在今年2月15日以前受委的新董事。
同時,小股東建議委任謝偉宏和張俊傑(人名皆譯音)出任董事職務。
通用控股曾在去年6月底,在股東大會拒絕通過重新委任公司3名董事,包括阿都阿茲馬、謝振發和洪偉辰(人名皆譯音),及拒絕2014年需支付的11萬9250令吉董事費。【中国报财经】

大展控股认购25% Straits国际教育鹅唛建校舍

(吉隆坡21日讯)大展控股(GUH,3247,主板工业产品股)旗下两家子公司,分别对两家公司展开认购股票和收购活动。
文告中指出,大展控股独资子公司GUH Capital有限公司,计划认购Straits国际教育集团有限公司的25%股权或116万6667股,总额为1100万令吉。
Straits国际教育是一家投资控股控制,从事服务管理国内数家英国和其他国际私立学校。
另外,大展控股另一家子公司GUH资产控股有限公司,计划收购Milan Diamond(简称MD)有限公司。
MD公司自成立以来并没有任何业务,旗下拥有位于雪兰莪鹅唛的3亩土地,总值653万4000令吉。
文告中指出,大展控股间接收购土地,然后租给Straits国际教育新建校舍,预料在今年上半年动工,建筑成本共约3000万令吉。
上述活动的开销,将由大展控股内部集资,而这对公司的净资产、每股净资产以及负债率没有影响。【南洋网财经】
