业绩差股价挫 胜利者数潜在工程撑前景

(吉隆坡24日讯)虽然胜利者国际(SIGN,7246,主板消费股)2016財政年第1季营业额及净利均按年下跌,但分析员仍看好该公司的净利前景,因为该公司有望在明年获得数个大型厨房工程项目。

由於受到业绩表现的拖累,胜利者国际今天面对沉重卖压,其股价盘中一度猛挫53仙或20.54%,至全天最低的2.05令吉。该股全天共跌40仙或15.5%,收报2.18令吉,是今年9月18日以来的新低纪录,成交量是1531万5600股,居下跌榜第2位。

胜利者国际在周一(23日)公佈最新业绩,2016財政年第1季(截至9月30日止)营业额按年滑落24%,至4488万令吉;净利按年退跌25%,至489万令吉。

联昌国际投行分析员表示,他对胜利者国际的最新业绩感到失望,其营业额已连续2季按季下降,但他相信该公司的颓势只是暂时性的。该公司一如所料地没有建议派息。

而达证券分析员亦指出,胜利者国际的2016財政年首季净利只有460万令吉,只占其全年预测的12%,不符合预期。该公司的净利表现起伏不定,主因是手头上的合约,期限较短一般在6至9个月,此外,合约颁发的时机也影响公司的盈利表现。

该分析员举例说,该公司在2014財政年尾获得数个大型合约,不过,在短短两个季度(2015財政年第2季和第3季)便已认列了其中77%的净利。由於这些不明確因素,分析员下调该公司的预估营业额,也將2016至2018財政年的净利预测下修2.1%至4.6%。

有望夺厨房工程

无论如何,联昌国际投行分析员强调,他依然看好胜利者国际的前景,因该公司正竞標数个可显著推高其净利的大型厨房合约。这些合约包括依斯干达的中国碧桂园项目,及伦敦巴特西(Battersea)第2和第3阶段房產项目。

「碧桂园的厨房工程涉及1万间高级公寓,总值大约1亿5000万令吉;巴特西第2和第3阶段项目的合约价值则是2亿令吉以上。我们相信这些项目在未来1至2季会看到眉目。」

不过,达证券分析员提醒,发展商会因產业市场疲弱,而放慢颁发厨房项目的速度。但鑑於发展商必须在2至3年內完成发展项目,否则將面对罚款,因此,他相信发展商將在明年首季重新颁发厨房项目。

他称,「在2016財政年,我们认为该公司的净利將由零售部门所支撑,零售部门毛赚幅达50%,比厨房项目大约20%的赚幅更高。

该公司早前在HOMEDEC家居装饰展,短短3天內便获得总值500万令吉的零售订单。」

联昌国际投行维持胜利者国际的「增持」评级,但目標价从5.08令吉下砍至4.15令吉;达证券则维持其「买进」评级,目標价3.30令吉调低至3.16令吉。【东方网财经】

新增订单减速 胜利者国际业绩料放缓

(吉隆坡7日讯)由于一些订单提早在2015財政年(6月30日结账)认列,加上新增订单放缓,因此胜利者国际(SIGN,7246,主板消费股)2016財政年业绩成长预计將会放缓。

胜利者国际董事经理陈腾云在今天的股东大会后对媒体表示,由于许多订单已在2015財政年实现,并在净利上大幅增长87.82%,因此现財政年的业绩成长料將放缓。

不过,他补充,相信公司在2017財政年提升盈利成长幅度。胜利者国际于11月23日公布的2016財政年首季(截至9月30日止)净利按年下跌26.7%,至489万令吉,去年同期是667万令吉;同时,其首季营业额也按年挫跌32.2%,至4488万令吉,去年同期是5935万令吉。

另外,陈氏披露,胜利者国际正在扩充海外市场。目前,该公司海外业务的贡献占总业务不及5%,而该公司正与海外市场的代理商洽谈合作,主要会专注在亚太区市场,包括柬埔寨、越南、泰国及印度等,以扩大收入来源。

惟,他坦言,这项扩充计划需要时间酝酿,料不会在2016財政年有显著的成绩。

「我们预计在2年后方可看到成效。」

另一方面,他指出,胜利者国际现有订单为1亿4000万令吉,并预计可支撑未来1年半载的盈利。与此同时,现有的竞標合约总值约4亿令吉,而当中一些竞標项目是在1或2年前已推出的发展项目。

「以过往的经验来看,我们的竞標成功率为项目数量的50%左右。」该公司竞標的项目地点主要位于巴生谷及柔佛一带,另外还包括檳城及沙巴。

与中国发展商谈合作

针对可负担房屋市场,陈腾云表示,有些价格较低的项目並不涵盖厨房设备,因此这不是他们所专注的市场。不过,胜利者国际正与相关单位商討,以说服一马房屋(PR1MA)提供厨房项目。

目前,產业前景放缓,但陈氏指出,由于一些发展商如森那美(SIME,4197,主板贸服股)、绿盛世(ECOWLD,8206,主板產业股)等都有大型且长期的发展项目,加上中国发展商入驻大马市场,因此相信產业前景还不至于太差。

此外,他透露,该公司正与3家中国发展商,包括碧桂园(CountryGarden)、富力地產(R&F)和绿地集团(Greenland)展开合作洽谈。

另一边厢,陈氏表示,由于该公司的业务多在国內进行,包括原料购买,因此令吉匯率下滑,並未对该公司带来显著的影响。【东方网财经】

今年充满挑战 胜利者明年料恢复勇态

(吉隆坡4日讯)虽然厨具公司胜利者国际(SIGN,7246,主板消费产品股)首季业绩疲弱,但管理层相信,2017年将会是强势反弹的一年,促使分析员看涨该股。

达证券分析员与管理层会面时,后者指出,今年将会是充满挑战的一年,但看好公司会在明年恢复勇态。

分析员认为,公司手握充裕现金,很有可能会在今年回购股票,因此,认为该股下行风险有限。

关于未来,管理层大幅改变先前的看法。早前,该公司预计今年会是增长稳定的一年,而明年则会面临放缓。

不过现在,管理层持相反看法,认为今年会充满挑战,而明年则料看见强稳复苏。

早前,胜利者国际预见,去年房市走缓,将影响明年的营业额表现,这是基于房产项目推出与厨具合约颁发之间,存在两年滞后期的“时差”。

分析员解释,管理层改变观点,部分可能是因为发展商的行为有所改变。

由于房市前景不稳定,这促使发展商在管理净利增长势头时,更为谨慎。

产业交付不再延期

与其根据原有的项目时间表,导致明年净利大幅萎缩,发展商更倾向于在今明两年,“平均分摊”目前的未入账销售。

虽然这会导致延期交付项目,但分析员与管理层看法一致,认为延期一事不会持续存在,否则发展商就无法准时完成产业项目。

更重要的是,房市长期的市场动态仍完好,因人口不断增加,基建设施也在改善中,预计会推高市场对优质家具产品的需求。

未来数月,该公司料接获5个新项目,总值3000万令吉,把订单推高至1.68亿令吉。

负债水平健康

截至9月,胜利者国际的净负债仅企于4.4%的健康水平。

公司另有3660万令吉的产业投资,若将其脱售,有助于巩固其净负债对净现金的地位。

根据管理层,70%的产业投资已竣工,且已委任销售顾问去售卖产业。

分析员相信,在目前挑战重重的情况下,即使取得脱售收益,公司也会保留为现金,不会派息。

不过,不排除会利用部分收益来回购股票。

分析员将2016、2017及2018财年的净利预测,分别下修35.2%、4.1%和2.5%。

同时预计,该公司期间可分别赢得1.08亿、2.06亿及2.05亿令吉的新合约。

分析员将目标价格下砍至2.55令吉,维持“买进”的投资评级。【南洋网财经】

(吉隆坡22日訊)受廚房和衣柜系統,及玻璃和鋁產品較低的的營業額拖累,勝利者國際(SIGN,7246,主要板消費)截至12月底2016財年次季營業額跌22.6%至5496萬令吉;淨利按年挫53%至564萬9000令吉。

勝利者國際今日公布最新業績,首半年累積營業額跌23%至9984萬令吉;淨利按年挫44%至1054萬令吉。

該公司向馬證交所報備,建議進行多項企業活動,包括拆股、每持4股分拆股者獲送1憑單及僱員認購權證等。

勝利者國際建議,將1股面值50仙股份,分拆為2股每股面值25仙股份;並建議以4送1的比例,發送6000萬張憑單。

若全面行使憑單,該公司將可籌資4860萬令吉。集資所得將用做營運資本、支付貸款和為日常營運進行融資。【中国报财经】

胜利者国际1拆2 4送1凭单

(吉隆坡24日讯)胜利者国际(SIGN,7246,主板消费产品股)献议将将股票一拆为2股,并以4送1比例,派送最多6000万张凭单。

该公司发出文告建议,将每股面值50仙的股票,拆细为两股面值各25仙的股票。

完成后,缴足股本将从1亿2000万股,翻倍增至2万4000万股;缴足资本则保持在6000万令吉不变。

随后,建议以4送1比例,送出最多6000万张凭单。

假设股东日后以每张81仙的价位,全面行使凭单,公司最多可筹得4860万令吉,主要用作营运资本,包括支付应付账款,及为日常营运融资。

勝利者國際(SIGN,7246,主要板消費)淨利成長未達市場預期,不過營業額按季增22%顯示訂單已開始復甦,未來大型計劃及強勁出口銷量會是未來重估催化劑,該公司頻頻回購自家股亦是信心的表現。

目前,該公司握有約1億5000萬令吉訂單,並且參與多項大型計劃競標,未來數月即會公布結果,我們相信該公司在其中兩項大型計劃的贏面相當高。

另外,出口市場佔該公司營業額不到5%,由于未來數年國內市場料放緩,該公司將尋求擴展出口市場,希望可以在未來數年內貢獻約20%營業額。

Further to the announcement made by the Company on 23 February 2016, the Board of Directors of the Company wishes to clarify that SIGN occupied 2 lots of land contiguous to each other held under  (i)  H.S. (D) 241037, PT 9926  with  postal address of Lot 24, Jalan Teknologi, Taman Sains Selangor 1, Kota Damansara PJU 5, 47810 Petaling Jaya, Selangor (hereinafter referred to as “Lot 24”); and (ii)  H.S. The main operation is located at Lot 24 which houses the head office of SIGN Group, its kitchen cabinet  production plant and its flagship showroom whilst  Lot 2, the subject land, is the adjoining lot with warehouse facilities and caters for glass and aluminium fabrication work.

In view that the compulsory land acquisition is on Lot 2, the main operation on Lot 24 remains unaffected.  The DASH construction work is targeted to be commenced around last quarter 2016. The Management of the Company have contingencies plans in place such as relocation of the warehouse to mitigate the adverse impact on the business, financial conditions and operation of the Group.

The Company will make further announcement on the above in due course.

政府強制徵地 勝利者國際獲7995萬賠償

(吉隆坡2日訊)勝利者國際(SIGN,7246,主要板消費)宣布,在雙溪毛糯的土地遭州政府強制收購,獲得7995萬令吉賠償總額。

勝利者國際較早前向馬證交所報備,旗下子公司Signature Cabinet私人有限公司接獲雪蘭莪州政府通知,在1960年土地征用法下以7816萬令吉強制收購該公司位于雙溪毛糯占地約1萬3506平方米的土地,做為建設白沙羅–莎阿南大道(DASH)之用。

該公司今日表示同意接受雪州政府給予總額7995萬令吉的賠償。【中国报财经】

該公司上週三(2日)向馬證交所報備,接受雪州政府給予總額7995萬令吉的賠償,脫售位于哥打白沙羅占地3.3英畝土地,以讓路建設白沙羅–莎阿南大道(DASH)。

聯昌證券研究指出,該3.3英畝土地的售價相當于每平方尺約550令吉,對比市價介于250令吉至300令吉。

“我們了解,該溢價是包括該公司可能受延展的營運工作成本和遷移成本,所以我們認為這是合理的。”

根據研究報告,勝利者國際在2014年曾建議以5080萬令吉,或每平方尺30令吉價格收購位于芙蓉恩斯德鎮(Bandar Baru Enstek)占地39英畝的工業地,現可通過脫售哥打白沙羅的土地來為該收購計劃進行融資。

為反映該售地收益,聯昌證券研究調整了該公司以分類加總估值法(SOP)計算的股價,由5.92令吉上修至6.74令吉,並維持“增持”評級,目標價上調至4.72令吉。

1. Announcement Details
Pursuant to Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of SIGN is pleased to announce that the Company’s 60% owned subsidiary, Signature Aluminium Sdn Bhd (Company No. 683263-V) has on 22 March 2016 acquired two (2) ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in the share capital of Flamingo Power Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1173851-P) (“FPSB”), representing the entire issued and paid-up share capital of FPSB  for a total consideration of RM2.00 only (hereinafter referred to as “the Acquisition”). Upon the completion of the Acquisition, FPSB will become a sub-subsidiary of SIGN.

2. Information on FPSB
FPSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 26 January 2016 under the Companies Act, 1965. The authorised share capital of FPSB is RM400,000.00 comprising 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each whilst the issued and paid-up capital is RM2.00 comprising 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each.

FPSB is presently dormant and its proposed nature of business is to carry on the business of property development, investment and dealing by the purchase, lease, exchange or other means of acquisition, solely or by joint venture with others, lands, estates and buildings, or interests therein, by preparing for building purposes, demolishing, altering, constructing, building estates, houses, flats and buildings of all kinds, landscaping and entering into contracts and arrangements of all kinds.

Signature International Berhad ("SIGN" or "the Company")Payment Claim by Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd
The Board of Directors of SIGN wishes to announce that Signature Cabinet Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of SIGN has through its Solicitors, Messrs Mah-Kamariyah & Philip Koh filed a payment claim against Panflex Sdn Bhd pursuant to Section 5 (1) of the Construction Industry Payment and Adjudication Act, 2012 (“CIPAA 2012”) to recover the amounts outstanding in respect of the supply, delivery and installation of kitchen cabinets & appliances at “Cadangan Pembangunan 4 Blok Pangsapuri 328 Unit Yang Mengandungi:

Blok A – 36 Tingkat (64Unit)
Blok B – 35 Tingkat (67 Unit)
Blok C – 34 Tingkat (129 Unit)
Blok D – 34 Tingkat (68 Unit)

di atas 4 tingkat podium tempat letak kereta, 1 tingkat aras bawah tanah tempat letak serta kolam renang, rekreasi dan kemudahan penduduk di atas Lot PT 31324, Mukim Sungai Buloh, Daerah Petaling, Selangor Darul Ehsan” (“the said Project”) for Tropicana Golf & Country Resort Berhad for an outstanding sum of RM950,730.31 (inclusive of interests) (“Claims”).

No material financial and/or operational impact is expected to arise from the Claims.

The Company will make the necessary announcements on the further development of the above matter as and when necessary.

SIGNATURE INTERNATIONAL BERHAD ("SIGN" OR THE "COMPANY")(I)        SHARE SPLIT;(II)        BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS; AND(III)        ESOS(COLLECTIVELY REFERRED TO AS THE "CORPORATE EXERCISES")
The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Circular dated 15 March 2016 in relation to the Corporate Exercises, where applicable.

We refer to the Circular dated 15 March 2016 and the previous announcements in relation to the Corporate Exercises.

On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce the following:-
  • the Deed Poll has been duly executed on 6 April 2016;
  • the exercise price of the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.97 per Warrant; and
  • the Entitlement Date for the Share Split and Bonus Issue of Warrants have been fixed as at the close of business at 5.00 p.m. on 20 April 2016.

The exercise price of the Warrants represents a discount of RM0.10 or approximately 9.4% over the theoretical ex-split price of the Subdivided Shares of approximately RM1.07 based on the five (5)-day VWAMP of SIGN Shares up to and including 5 April 2016 of approximately RM2.15.

The exercise price of the Warrants was determined by the Board after taking into consideration, amongst others, the following:-
  • the theoretical ex-split price of the Subdivided Shares based on the five (5)-day VWAMP of SIGN Shares up to and including 5 April 2016, being the last Market Day preceding the price-fixing date for the Warrants; and
  • a discount of approximately 9.4% that is deemed appropriate by the Board after taking into consideration, the market demand for SIGN Shares, the historical price movement of SIGN Shares and the potential future earnings of SIGN Group.

This announcement is dated 6 April 2016.

競標巴特西項目合約‧勝利者國際信心滿滿

(吉隆坡6日訊)正競標倫敦巴特西項目合約的勝利者國際(SIGN,7246,主板消費品組)表示,在手握1億5千萬令吉訂單及5億令吉競標訂單支撐下,樂觀看待2017財政年前景。
手握訂單可忙碌至少1年

該公司董事經理陳騰雲在股東特大後表示,截至今年3月,該公司手握的訂單可忙碌至少1年。

“另外,依據所競標項目,公司成功率約為30至60%。”

他說,與10年前的50%相比,目前有逾90%的發展商在建設房屋時,會要求安裝廚具,同時,發展計劃都屬於10年的城鎮發展計劃,因此,對於公司來說是一大優勢。

此外,陳騰雲表示,根據勝利者國際與森那美(SIME,4197,主板貿服組)的合作關係及過往的記錄,該公司有信心能夠贏得在倫敦的第三期巴特西發電廠(Battersea)產業計劃的廚房項目。

“該工程預計在2019年完成,而我們則預計將在2017年杪或2018年進入工程。”

針對碧桂園競標計劃,陳騰雲說,目前該公司只能等待當局的決定。

不過,他強調,公司擁有足夠的資源完成該項目。

陳騰雲也表示,雖然一馬房屋計劃(PRIMA)沒有安裝廚具的計劃,不過,該公司嘗試建議讓安裝廚具成為購買者的選項,惟對於此建議並沒有給予太高的期望。

陳騰雲說,勝利者國際目前的海外出口業務盈利貢獻少於5%,但是該公司已擬定策略性拓展計劃。

“公司嘗試在國外尋找合作夥伴,我們負責供應產品。”

他說,目前已在泰國、越南及柬埔寨進行相關的計劃,並獲得良好反應。

陳騰雲也表示,馬幣疲弱並沒有對公司業務帶來太大衝擊,主要是因為公司原產品皆來自本地。

通過股票分拆及配送憑單

“除了廚具因為來自意大利受到少過1%的微幅影響。”

获8000万征地赔偿金 胜利者国际或派特别股息

(吉隆坡8日讯)胜利者国际(SIGN,7246,主板消费产品股)获得征地赔偿金後,达证券分析员估计,该股市可能派发特别股息。

早前,该公司接获雪州政府的强制征地通知,以兴建白沙罗莎阿南疏散大道(DASH),面积为1萬3506平方米。

而胜利者国际也已接受8000萬令吉的赔偿金,相等於每平方尺550令吉。

截至去年杪,公司的净现金有630萬令吉,再加上8000萬令吉(相等於每股67仙)赔偿金,公司手上将持有过多的“闲置现金”,引起分析员猜测,胜利者国际有可能会派发特别股息。

目标價上调

假设公司利用赔偿金的1500萬令吉兴建新仓库、300萬令吉还债、500萬令吉作为重置费用,最终剩餘的赔偿金还有5700萬令吉,或每股47.5仙。

若决定将剩餘的金额都用来派息,将相等於20%的周息率。

分析员相信,管理层将会利用资金来回购股票,以及派发特别股息,维持“买进”的投资评级,並将目标價格上调至3.24令吉。

週五闭市时,胜利者国际以2.06令吉挂收,跌7仙或3.29%,成交量84萬1200股。

受邀竞标巴特西3A厨具配套

胜利者国际也受邀参與巴特西(Battersea)3A阶段发展的厨具配套竞标。

分析员瞭解到,3A阶段发展包含539个住宅单位,放眼2019年竣工。

以典型的建筑过程而言,厨房工程一般会在建筑周期的末期才会动工。

因此,若胜利者国际成功得标,巴特西项目也只有在2018年时,才能巩固净利表现。

令吉疲弱占优势

惟分析员正面看待该公司成功得标的機率,因公司在品质控制和标准上都很严谨。

此外,该项目会以英镑计價,若令吉持续疲弱,意味著胜利者国际能比其他国际竞争者,获得更多竞争优势。

假设每套厨具定價1萬英镑(约5萬6766令吉),整项合约的潜在價值将达3100萬令吉,有望将公司订单从1.45亿令吉,推高至1.76亿令吉。

除了巴特西,胜利者国际也预计能从另外6个产业项目,得到总值3000萬令吉的厨具合约。【南洋网财经】
