（吉隆坡9日讯）联峰（Ucrest Bhd）指出，独资子公司Palette System私人有限公司获颁两项总值610万令吉的合约，为Key Asic私人有限公司开发数字平台。

第一项合约是为iMedic开发一个虚拟存储平台，共有1万个用户执照，为期12个月，价值为99万3658美元（384万令吉）。第二项合约是开发每年1万5000个用户执照的iMedic软件和硬件平台，价值56万4616美元（218万令吉）。

前称缤纷多媒体（Palette Multimedia Bhd）的联峰，今日向大马交易所报备说：“合约预计为公司及旗下子公司截至今年5月31日止财政年的每股净资产和每股盈利带来进账。”

缤纷多媒体与Key Asic在2月签署了一项合约，售iMedic平台的4万个执照，为期一年，以及云平台的配置工程，总值83万8993美元（327万令吉）。

Pursuant to Rule 9.03 of ACE Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of UCrest Berhad (Formerly known as Palette Multimedia Bhd) (“UCrest” or “the Company”) wishes to inform that Palette System Sdn Bhd (Company No.538216-T), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 9 April 2018 entered into contracts with Key Asic Pte Ltd as follows:- Products Details Contract Value (USD) RM (equivalent)* Virtual Storage Platform - imedic V4.8 10k user license for 12 months 993,658.80 3,838,503.94 iMedic software and hardware platform for 15,000 user licenses per year 564,616 2,181,111.61 *Based on exchange rate of USD1.00:RM3.8630 as at 9 April 2018. The Contracts are expected to contribute positively to the net assets per share and earnings per share of UCrest and its subsidiaries for the financial year ending 31 May 2018. UCrest does not foresee any exceptional risks other than execution risks, political risks and country risks associated with the Contracts.
