Hi, Mrs Lim here, I'M REALLY..REALLY APPRECIATE and EXTREMELY THANKS TO ALL OF YOU AND THOSE..WHO CARES ABOUT MY LOVELY PET COLLIE'S FATAL INCIDENT AT THE PET HSE. I felt quite sad, angry about the Pet Hse's owner at this point of times,she still insist challeged us, alleged us,twisted the truth by saying my pet was in the same conditions(bad injured and unhealthy condition) when boarding on 14/12/2012 and as when we pick up on 21/12/2012. and she is saying that the statement published by "MDDB" facebook was DEFAMATORY STATEMENT has made them suffered LOSS OF BUSINESS. Therefore, she is seeking an APOLOGY from us and also ask us to WITHDRAWAL OF THE SAID STATEMENT FROM MY FACEBOOK WALL WITHIN THE NEXT 48 Hrs,failing which, she shall initiate legal proceedings against us for damaged without further notice!
Oo Oh..God.. What's the SHAME!! I'm really getting angry...and wonder WHY? HOW COME?
At first, we thought this was my dog's fate as he was born in handcap..he has been seriously injured both legs & buttock before on last June 2012 ,it took about 1 1/2 mths to recover back, but not the penis turned blacken and swollened as this times(Vet said this caused major FATAL) DURING THAT TIME, we are not even asking any compensation or even anythings, we ONLY advised them that my dog is not suitable to place in cage in future..and thxs a lot on spending extra care on my dog..
During this Dec boarding 2012, I gave a daily follow-up phone call to ask my dog's condition and I did emphasize and gave them advice not to place him in cage again,they said that ok.. will do so, and telling everything ok my dog can drink,eat well.But on the day 21/12/ 2012 noon,the Pet hse's owner(her mum) gave me a call and ask me WHEN and WHAT TIME I WILL BE GOING to pick my dog back?I told them very soon.
By the time I reached there, I saw my dog's condition- "HALF-DEATH", I felt quite hurt and almost faint-hearted following by tears drops...to carry him out from the cage.. not even yelled or talk loudly to them, only with the "heart-broken" tone keep on asking WHY?WHY MUST you all placed him in cage agian ? WHY?? HOW COME?? His both paws and nails nearly torned as well as well both legs and buttoc? HOW COME THE PENIS TURNED TO BE LIKE THIS BLACK AND SWOLLEN? Then, the Pet hse owner's mum started telling... a lot of rubbish and plenty of nonsense reasons that my dog is quite aggresive.. cannot be touched.. or clean up everyday..or even give food bla..bla..lah..ought to use the stick to take his bowl out to give food or else he will bitE BUT I FOUND OUT THEY ARE LIAR.. LIAR..LIAR! As they placed a very new and thin cloth in the cage to show that they are proper care of my dog to avoid any wounds cut even in the cage(as I mentioned ealier to them during the last June's boarding the cage will "stretch out" his body). If my dog really aggresive and bite you, how are you all going to place the cloth in proper and even there is no dirty signs (shit or urine) at all, THEY'RE NOT EVEN BATHED HIM ONCE!! THEY ONLY SHOW ME AND DO THAT ON THAT PARTICULAR DAY WHEN I PICK HIM UP !!!.
Oo.. Dear Friends, dont you all know?After this FATAL INCIDENT, she is not even give any of a sincere word of SORRY..she still talked ARROGANT and RUDE behave with unpleasant manner to us!! APART FROM THAT, she is still want and insist to initiate legal proceedings against us ! Gods will know ....SUCH A RIDICULOUS LIES!!

Or please go for the" Malaysia Dogs Deserve Better" (MDDB)Fb and view..there will be more comments indicate..please do let others aware of this post, at least this can save others pets life..grooming injury or FATAL BOARDING INCIDENT as what I had suffered now...my poor little boy has gone without any justice.!!!
