Query Letter Contents	We refer to your Company’s announcement dated 30 April 2018, in respect of the aforesaid matter. In this connection, kindly furnish Bursa Securities with the following additional information for public release:- 1)      Further information on the Property, including the net book value based on the latest audited financial statements and whether any valuation was carried out on the Property. If so, the name of the valuer, date and method of valuation and the market value. 2)      The name of Directors and substantial shareholders of Kian Joo Canpack Sdn. Bhd. (“Purchaser”) as well as their respective shareholdings. 3)      The detailed basis and justification in arriving at the purchase consideration of RM9,368,548 other than willing-buyer willing-seller basis. 4)      Whether there are any liabilities including contingent liabilities and guarantees, to be assumed by the Purchaser arising from the Disposal. 5)      Detailed breakdown and nature of the working capital to be funded by the disposal proceeds together with the timeframe for full utilisation.
Further to the Company's announcement dated 30 April 2018, in respect of the Disposal, the Board of Directors wishes to furnsih the below additional information as required by Bursa Securities: - 1) The net book value based on the latest audited financial statements as at 31 December 2017 is RM1.24 million. There is no valuation being carried out on the vacant land. 2) Directors of Kian Joo Canpack Sdn. Bhd. (Company No.: 639191-T) ("KJC") are Yeoh Jin Hoe (NRIC No.: 461103-08-5679), Chee Khay Leong (NRIC No.: 601106-07-5339) and Ooi Teik Huat (NRIC No.: 691005-07-5243). KJC is a wholly owned subsidiary of Kian Joo Can Factory Bhd. (Company No.: 3186-P) with 11,000,000 as total shares in issued. 3) The consideration of RM74.00 per square feet is above the indicative market value and the Purchaser is currently operating adjacent to the vacant land. 4) There is no liabilities (neither contingent nor guarantee) to be assumed by the Purchaser arising from the Disposal. 5) As and when the Company receives the proceed, the proceed shall be utilised towards the working capital of the Company i.e. day-to-day business operations such as purchase of materials and operating expenses, as well as a cash reserve for future undertakings. This announcement is dated 3rd day of May 2018.
