最好的方式是水煮,或一些清淡的煮法 (我不吃牛肉,所以没有意见)

first, yr height and weight consider very slim size or skinny size. to my experience and opinion,i think the most important thing is you need to hightlight the gold u wanna achieve, either lean fit or muscular fit or beefy muscular? from there u just planning the exercise with the goal u set. Many people thinking wanna to get the shape in one year or less than year, but i suggest you that you need to make the good ground work, maybe the body shape may come out a bit late but the most important is you need to see from the energy u train as well, the heart pump good or not, the weight you can carry on with improvement.
with the all things you plan and go, then you can decide the supplement to take. from my experience, 3 supplements you may need to take are 1. protein (either weight gainer, mass gainer or whey protein), 2. vitamin c (i dont really suggest multivitamin base on your weight, suggest you take 1000mg), 3. acid amino (dont take BCAA). |

acid amino is the supplement to block yr muscle and recovery, most of the people when feel the muscle turn back to normal after trainning one or two days. so, this is what acid amino will helps to reduce the muscle growth back and make the muscle tissue feel tight and excellent.
normally beginner start with weight gainer (to those who are skinny type) to add the body size but you need to check yr body easy to absorb the heat or calories or not. if let say yr body can't accept the part, then u can take mass gainer where's the calories is moderate and more to muscle tissue build up. then, when you growth to the level u think enough for me, then u can take the whey protein to maintain the body size and do the cutting (of coz cutting is the most harder part to build). lastly if u wanna become bodybuilder, then u need to take steroid ( im no taking this drug because i never think to achieve this level)
with yr height,i suggest u can build and add up the size untill 85-90kg with muscle, not fatty and then cut into 75-80kg. |

再初期喝mass gainer可以把一个serving分成几次来喝。。比如若你买的mass gainer 1个serving 是4个scoops, 你就把1天4个scoops分成3次来喝。 早上1次,after gym2次,晚上1次。那就不会太热造成泻肚子或生病 |

well well, im no comment about what u said, just for the knowledge i knew there is two type of steroids, one by oral, one by injection. the bodybuilder i means is someone whole body shape already looks like the STONE in shape. so, i think u maybe need to judge back the bodybuilder in yr category but of coz thanks for sharing too. |

健美也算是运动吧
为什么就只有健美这一词,别人就会自动划上

在国外也有很多natural bodybuilder的啊...当然他们不会比有用juice的大只...不过size也不错下的. ...
