一度漲至17.5仙‧HLS開高走低

（吉隆坡12日訊）HLS機構（HLSCORP，7098，主板消費品組）股價近日頻頻騰漲，繼過去兩個交易日累積47.8%賺幅後，週一再一度漲1.5仙或9.38%至17.5仙，惟礙與大市不振，最終反以翻黑收場。

該股早盤以16仙平盤開市，隨後在買盤支持下延續上週漲潮，一度改寫兩個月新高，惟隨藍籌賣壓湧現，富時綜指快速下滑，中小型股亦紛遭拖累，HLS機構股價在17.5仙見頂後急速回跌，盤中更下探13.5仙全日最低，所幸臨尾被買盤回扯，以14.5仙閉市，跌1.5仙。

該公司董事部早前指出，將探討替代業務策略，並採取多元化業務措施來應對未來挑戰，同時坦言某位主要客戶在去年中暫停與公司之間的業務關係，加上子公司遭客戶求償369萬令吉，未來數季或繼續蒙虧。

截至2011年財政年，該公司營業額急速萎縮超過50%，導致淨虧損擴大至155萬6千令吉，較前期92萬3千令吉。

寫2000年8月來最低
HLS機構今早以9仙開市，過後一度重挫2.5仙或26%至7仙的全日最低價位，該股閉市時報9仙，全日下跌0.5仙或5.26%，成交量共有579萬4700股。

HLS機構在2000年上市時共公開發售780萬股股票，每股售價1令吉70仙。

該公司是在昨日宣佈，獨資子公司Foremost Audio無力攤還所拖欠的近551萬3千令吉銀行貸款，而接獲債權人聯昌銀行發出的違約通知，會採取法律行動；一旦子公司宣告被接管，HLS機構將因缺乏業務而淪為PN17陷困公司。

福祿壽遭列入PN17

（吉隆坡2日訊）福祿壽企業（HLSCORP，7098，主要板消費）觸犯上市條例，遭馬證交所列入PN17公司。

該公司今日在報備文件指出，于今年4月12日接獲馬銀行庭令，追討總值1800萬令吉的擔保貸款，公司已提出上訴。

在已審計報告中，集團和公司截至2011年12月31日財年分別虧損811萬7563令吉和1413萬7993令吉，牴觸上市條例。

馬證交所指出，福祿壽企業必須在12個月內提呈重組計劃。

早前報導指出，獨資子公司Foremost Audio私人有限公司拖欠的債務達551萬2843令吉，佔公司總資產超過5%的貸款，使得福祿壽企業在4月中時成為PN1公司。[ChinaPress]

On 8 August 2012, FASB undertook a Rights Issue of 1 for 40 which resulted in the shareholdings of its shareholder, Kelvin Koh Boon Ping ("Kelvin") increasing to 3,245,003 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 26.83% of its existing issued and paid-up share capital of FASB. Hence, the completion of the Proposed Disposal to Nadhrah and Mohd has reduced HLSCORP's shareholdings in FASB to 6,018,006 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each, representing 49.76% of its existing issued and paid-up share capital of FASB.
