燃油及原油物流貢獻18%，其餘10%來自採購服務，未來計劃推出新業務——數據管理方案（DMS）。

肯納格以50%淨利派息（包括額外派息）預測，2015及2016財政年每股派息5.5及5仙，週息率為6.4%及5.8%。

今年4月，該公司脫售工業地淨賺920萬令吉或每股2.5仙，料推升2015財政年淨利增至4千零80萬令吉。

肯納格預測，核心淨利將在2015及2016財政年成長36.2%及9.8%，貨艙空間料分別額外增加16萬及24萬平方公尺。建議短線買進，目標價1令吉19仙。

外包物流趋势　带领世纪通运成长

（吉隆坡13日讯）世纪通运控股有限公司（CENTURY，7117，贸易服务组）董事经理张自兴表示，物流业是具有挑战性的。他补充：“我觉得我们有自己的正确方式。”

他说：“我们已经“重新改造”，目前专注于3个核心服务，分别是综合物流、石油物流及采购物流。”

“我们也有第4个增长引擎，这对我们而言是个新业务，即数据管理方案服务，我们可以帮助客户实际式和电子式存储文件。”

综合物流业务为客户提供总物流解决方案，在2014年集团收入占72%及经营收入占58%。石油物流方面，分别占集团总额的18%和31%。至于采购物流则各为10%及11%。

该公司首席财务员兼董事叶邱顺说：“我们替客户的业务增加价值、提供节省成本措施，以便提高他们的工作效率。”

“据国际市场调研机构Frost & Sullivan公司调查显示，迄今大马只有10%货主和制造商以合约方式外包物流给物流供应商，不过在斯堪纳维亚已经高达40%。”

“所以，我们相信在物流合约上仍有许多成长空间，由此客户需要完全外包其物流需求予像我们的物流供应商。”

世纪通运物流主要客户包括星狮集团、天地通亚通、LG、胜家和海尔。

截至2015年3月31日止，世纪通运物流净资产值达每股76仙。在5月18日，肯纳格研究行给予世纪通运“买入”建议，目标价1.19令吉。

张自兴指出，在未来2至3年内，公司物流尝试达至50亿令吉的营业额，今年拟定目标30亿令吉。

世纪通运物流也在去年杪找到新客户，即全球电子业者飞利浦（Philips）。张氏称，这有助于加强集团在2015年3月31日止首季的盈利。

该公司在今年首季的净利润，相较去年升25%至780万令吉。截至2014年12月31日止的财政年度，其净利润扩大48%至3330万令吉。【光华日报财经】

該公司向馬證交所報備，有關獎掖配套讓Century Total物流，在5年內60%符合資格資本開銷具投資賦稅減免（ITA），即表示享有免稅優惠，並從2015年開始。

上述投資賦稅減免優惠，可扣除課稅年的70%法定收入。

（吉隆坡3日讯）消息透露，世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）正与日韩企业洽谈缔结策略伙伴关系，且有可能会脱售股权给这些企业，帮助对方进军我国市场。

《星报》引述消息报道，世纪通运大股东可能会把部分股权，脱售给日本或韩国其中一家企业，但售出的股权规模还未明朗。

“世纪通运执行主席潘振茂是最大股东，持股26.7%，相信股权交易会牵涉到这批股权。”

第二大股东兼董事经理张自兴持有11.6%股权，根据双方交易内容，他将维持目前的地位。

世纪通运与这些外资企业缔结合作，可招徕更多外国顾客，有助公司进军东盟市场。

“日本和韩国企业在国外市场中，会更倾向于跟自己相同国家的物流公司合作，例如泛亚综合物流（TASCO，5140，主板贸服股）就拥有许多日本客户，因为该公司隶属于日本邮船（NYK）集团。”

早前，土展创投（FGV，5222，主板种植股）有意入股世纪通运，将交通和物流业务注入后者，但最终不了了之。

虽然无法与土展创投落实合作，但世纪通运盈利依然录得增长。

（吉隆坡6日訊）世紀通運（CENTURY，7117，主要板貿服）子公司世紀通運物流私人有限公司接獲雀巢產品私人有限公司發出的律師信，要求索賠2165萬令吉的損失和損害。

該公司向馬證交所報備，世紀通運認為這項索賠毫無根據，因此有意向雀巢作出反起訴，但不局限于損壞、開銷、虧損和欠款。

世紀通運估計，這不會顯著影響公司財務表現，同時已與律師接洽準備挑戰有關信函的合法性和提出反起訴。【中国报财经】

Nestle's demand arose after CTL has requested payment of RM859,097.95 from Nestle and its other associated companies for settlement of outstanding invoices due to CTL. （吉隆坡17日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）截至6月30日次季净利激增150%，达1198万8000令吉；宣布派息2仙。

同期营业额扬7.4%，报7628万7000令吉。

累计上半年，净利增长75%，写1946万1000令吉；营业额起5.8%，报1亿4820万4000令吉。

该公司宣布派息2仙，将今年迄今的每股股息，推高至3仙。

世纪通运解释，营业额走高是因为采购物流服务业务的活动增加。

同时，税前盈利大起85.9%，是已将一片商业地皮的脱售收益纳入计算范围。

世纪通运子公司 被雀巢索赔2165万

（吉隆坡16日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）宣布，子公司CenturyTotal通运（CTL）昨天收到雀巢产品私人有限公司所发出的传讯令状，要求索赔2164万9381令吉。

雀巢产品指控，CTL作为物流和供应链服务提供商，但却没有根据雀巢产品的要求履行任务。

若雀巢产品胜诉，2164万9381令吉将相等于是世纪通运截止去年杪净资产的8%，除此之外不会对营运有任何显著影响。

值得注意的是，CTL也分别对雀巢产品，雀巢制造（大马）、雀巢东盟（大马）和Cereal伙伴（大马），展开控诉，要求索回85万3997令吉的服务费。

针对雀巢产品不实陈述所导致的亏损与损失，该公司也要求索赔844万3384令吉。【南洋网财经】

Reference is made to the announcements released on 6 August 2015 and 11 August 2015 by Century. The Board of Directors of Century wishes to announce that Century Total Logistics Sdn Bhd (“CTL” or “Defendant”) has on 15 October 2015 been served with a Writ of Summons together with the Statement of Claim (hereinafter refered to as "Writ of Summons") in relation to a claim filed by Nestlé Products Sdn Bhd (“Nestle” or “Plaintiff”), through a firm of solicitors acting on its behalf. Details of the claim and circumstances leading to filing of the Writ of Summons by Nestle against CTL The Plaintiff alleges that it had engaged CTL as its logistics and supply chain service provider and that CTL had failed and/or neglected to exercise due care, diligence and skill in undertaking its scope of work for outbound logistics services as set out in Nestle’s request for quotation. The Plaintiff alleges that as a result of the alleged failure and/or breach, it had suffered losses totaling RM 21,649,381.64. The particulars of the claim are as follows: i. There will not be any material operational impact of the claim on the Century Group. CTL’s counter-claim against Nestle, Nestlé Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Nestlé Asean (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Cereal Partners (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd Meanwhile, CTL has filed 4 claims respectively against Nestle, Nestlé Manufacturing (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd, Nestlé Asean (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd and Cereal Partners (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd for outstanding sums totaling RM 853,997.95 being amount payable for services rendered for interim assignments that had been undertaken by CTL. Further, CTL has also filed an additional claim against Nestle for the sum of RM8,443,384.75, being damages and loss of profit resulting from misrepresentation by Nestle. 持逾8900萬現金‧世紀通運料可維持表現

（吉隆坡21日訊）儘管今年經狀況不明朗，惟世紀通運控股（CENTURY,7117,主板貿服組）有信心該公司營業額及淨利將可取得與去年相同的增長幅度。

該公司執行董事兼首席財務員葉邱順在股東大會後表示，雖然今年的經濟狀況不明朗，惟他樂觀看待公司表現，預期營業額將有望取得與去年相同的升幅。

該公司在2015財政年營業額增長8.2%至2億9千790萬令吉，稅後盈利則增長4%至3千190萬令吉。

他也指出，雖然油氣領域疲弱的確減緩了該公司的賺幅，惟影響不大。

葉邱順說，公司目前有逾8千900萬令吉現金，雖然世紀通運控股並沒有設定最低派息率，惟根據以往經驗，公司都會將淨利的至少50%派於股東。

4千萬購地建倉庫

他說，該公司在2015財政年的資本開銷為4千200萬令吉，其中的4千萬令吉用作購置一塊8.22英畝，位於巴生Eastern Gateway工業中心的土地。

他指出，該地段將用於建設一間佔地逾500平方尺的多層倉庫，建築費用估計為8千萬令吉，預計將於今年下半年開始建設，相信能在2018年投入運作。

葉邱順也提到該公司的拓展計劃包括從目前的企業對企業（B2B）經營模式，擴展至企業對消費者（B2C）。

他說，世紀通運控股目前的經營模式是協助客戶將產品運送至零售商處，而未來則希望通過手機應用程式apps，可以協助客戶運送貨品至零售商或消費者手中。

“我們目前在開始的階段，希望能儘快投入運作，而投入的資本數目也不會很大。”

此外，葉邱順也指出，該公司一直在物色可以收購的公司，包括從事數據管理的公司，惟截至目前為止尚未物色到合適的公司。（星洲日報／財經）

世纪通运首季净利跌40%

（吉隆坡16日讯）世纪通运（Century Logistics Bhd）首季净利跌40.3%，主要因为消费者情绪疲软，以致该集团整体活动走低。

该集团今日向大马交易所公布，截至3月杪首季净利从上财年同期的747万令吉，或每股2.04仙，跌至446万令吉，或每股1.19仙。

首季营业额为6954万令吉，较同期的7192万令吉滑落3.31%。

在另一份文告中，该集团董事部宣布派发每股1仙的单层中期股息，除权和支付日落在6月1日和17日。

展望未来，该集团表示：“由于面对不确定的全球经济环境，物流领域同样预计在2016年依然充满挑战。”

“鉴于竞争越来越激烈，本集团将善用广泛的客户网络和内部能力，专注于提供增值物流方案，同时保持成本效益。”

（吉隆坡27日讯）世纪通运（CENTURY，7117，主板贸服股）宣布，一名潜在买家正洽购公司创办人兼大股东拿督潘振茂的股权。

世纪通运在文告中指出，针对《Focus Malaysia》上周六（25日）报道，公司向潘振茂咨询，得知潘振茂正与一名潜在买家展开相关洽谈。

不过，双方目前还未达成任何协议。

一旦出现重大进展，世纪通运将适时作出公布。

早前，《Focus Malaysia》引述消息报道，有数名潜在买家，正洽购潘振茂持有世纪通运的26.2%股权，当中包括韩国LG集团物流臂膀Pantos物流公司。【e南洋】
