另外我自己选股 是 AEN, AEZS, ANX, IMGG, IRE, CSGH,
不知道有没有 人对于这几个股票 有什么看法。

我先問 你買進SSN是要 投機 還是 投資？
1）投機 不贊成。
2）投資 6個月至1年期 沒問題。

至於其他的我沒有研究，抱歉 幫不上忙。


P/s: 我只知道ANX 你可以問下我們這裡的Sunny仔，他有買進ANX。

What's Going On at Duoyuan Global Water?                        

September 13, 2010


Duoyuan Global Water (DGW), one of the top China water plays, is  plunging today after Piper Jaffray downgraded the stock from Overweight  to Underweight and slashed the price target from $34 to $9 due to  concerns over its ties to Duoyuan Printing (DYP), which fired its auditor  and reorganized top management.  Since the two companies share some key  executives, Piper is concerned there are internal control and corporate  governance issues at DGW as well.   
According to the DYP press release,  the company announced the dismissal of its auditor Deloitte Touch  Tohmatsu and the reorg of top executives, including the CEO and CFO.   Xiqing Diao will be DYP’s new CEO, replacing existing CEO Christopher  Holbert, who also happens to be the CEO of Asian Financial for Duoyuan  Global Water.  The other connection is that the Chairman of DYP,  Wenhua Guo, also happens to be DGW’s CEO.  This appears to be a “where  there is smoke, there is fire” scenario, and any shady practices going on  at DYP, may be going on at DGW.
This will take some time to sort out because DYP management won’t  host a conference call until Wednesday, so there is still speculation as  to why Deloitte was fired and why management was shuffled and how all  this relates to DGW outside of the management connections.

BEIJING, Sept 13, 2010 --Duoyuan Printing, Inc.(DYP) ("Duoyuan Printing" or the "Company"), a leading offset printingequipment supplier in China, today announced several management changes aswell as the dismissal of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. ("Deloitte") as itsindependent registered public accounting firm. The Company is currently indiscussion with an auditing firm to replace Deloitte.                                                               

Effective immediately, Mr. Xiqing Diao has been appointed DuoyuanPrinting's CEO. Previously the Company's COO, Mr. Diao has been with theCompany since 2005 and served as interim CEO in 2009. Ms. Baiyun Sun has beenappointed CFO. Ms. Sun has been with Duoyuan Printing since 1994 previouslyserving as the Company's controller. Mr. Wenzhong Liu, previously vicepresident of sales and marketing, has been appointed COO and Mr. Lianjun Cai,a Company director, has been appointed chairman of the audit committee.                                                               

Immediately subsequent to the Company's termination of Deloitte, Mr.William Suh resigned as Duoyuan Printing's CFO and Mr. Christopher Holbertresigned as Duoyuan Printing's CEO. Mr. Holbert will remain with the Companyas vice president of international markets. Mr. James Zhang resigned asdirector and chairman of the audit committee and Ms. Naoko Hatakeyama and theHonorable Paula J. Dobriansky also subsequently resigned as directors. Mr.Xiqing Diao has also resigned as a director in order to maintain the requiredproportion of independent directors on Duoyuan Printing's board.                                                               

Duoyuan Printing's Chairman Mr. Wenhua Guo stated, "The audit committee'sdecision to change auditing firms was based on its desire to resolve openissues and file our 10-K on a timely basis. We will work closely with our newauditors to address the open issues aired by Deloitte. We believe that ourseveral internal reassignments are the best way to move the company forwardand complete our annual audit. We believe we now have the right people inimportant roles to execute the company's business strategy and to meet ourcurrent reporting obligations."

Stock Market 9/14/10 September 14, 2010

The Stock Market began the day on fire Monday but sold off during the afternoon hours. We have about 1 1/2 hours until the close but this was bearish to see. However, if the S&P 500 can close above 1120, I think it has a chance to test 1150. Economic data will be plentiful this week with Retail Sales on Tuesday followed by Industrial Production on Wednesday.
