JCY国际（JCY，5161，主板科技股）截至6月30日第三季，净赚按年扬30%，报3255万4000令吉；营业额则涨6%，至4亿7975万4000令吉。
行家建议
该公司第三季净利符合我们的预期，而首9个月的净利，占全年预测的74%。
美元走强抵消销量走低，加上公司几乎100%的销量和50%至55%的总成本以美元计价，促使该公司受惠于美元升值。
再者，该公司也受惠于近期的铝价低迷，因铝价为主要原料成本。
该公司投资2亿至3亿令吉，在未来3至5年自动化生产，要将旗下的1万8000名劳力，减少28%至30%。我们假设裁员5%，将省下2200万令吉和带来1%的净赚幅。
尽管领域需求在接下来2季趋软，但得益于汇率兑换，相信仍能达到我们的净利预估。
另外，公司现金流充裕，截至第三季的营运现金有5200万令吉，带动首9个月的营运现金达1亿6800万令吉，而2.19亿令吉的净现金，相等于公司市值的16%或每股10.6仙。

KUALA LUMPUR (Sept 9): AllianceDBS Research the immediate hurdle for JCY International Bhd ( Valuation: 2.40, Fundamental: 2.50) was at 68 sen and said JCY had on Sept 8 traded higher to 67.5 sen before closing near the day’s high at 66.5 sen (up 3 sen or 4.72%).
In its evening edition yesterday, the research said JCY crossed over the 20-day MA line on Sept 8.
“Following the up close, the stock is expected to test higher level again with immediate hurdle at 68 sen.
“A crossover of 68 sen should see further price rise to the next overhead resistance zone, 71 sen – 72 sen.
“The support is pegged at 64 sen. A fall below 64 sen would put pressure on the stock down to the subsequent support zone, 60 sen – 62 sen,” it said.
AllianceDBS Research said stock volume traded on Sept 8 was 8.32 million shares compared to the 3-month average volume of 5.43 million shares.
The research house said indicators wise,the MACD was above the 9-day moving average line with the buy signal remains intact.
It said the relative strength index indicated that the stock was currently in the neutral zone. |

（吉隆坡17日訊）JCY國際（JCY，5161，主要板科技）旗下銷售業務均以美元計價，促使公司在令吉續貶中受惠。
根據財經週刊《大馬焦點》報導，JCY國際今年首9個月盈利達1億3400萬令吉，超過去年全年總盈利的1億990萬令吉；截至6月底，營業額亦按季成長6%，達4億7980萬令吉。
對此，JCY國際財務執行董事拿督黃敬鏗說：“令吉貶值確實對我們有利，但這也導致銷售量降低。”
他指出，硬碟（HDD）的潛在市場總額（Total Addressable Market）日漸充滿挑戰性。
他解釋，由于歐洲和中國經濟市場放緩，導致電腦業者對更換電腦作業系統的需求變得難以捉摸。
《Focus Malaysia》報導指出，JCY國際大部分資本開銷皆用于旗下自動化方案。不過，黃敬鏗透露，大馬區業務的資本開銷未受令吉貶值所影響，因為自動化系統中大部分的內部零件皆來自本地。
另外，該公司在人力資源方面的開銷占公司總營運成本的27%。為節省公司營運成本，該公司將在未來5年將裁員5000人，同時增加自動化設備。
JCY國際大部分人力為外國勞工，本地員工只占10%。為此該報導指出，裁員計劃能減少外勞帶來的問題，如去年在該公司位于新山的工廠所發生的暴動事件。
同時，大華繼顯機構研究指出，每裁5%人力將為該公司帶來2200萬令吉凈節省，而淨賺幅則將提升1%。

派息3仙
第四季營業額微增0.75%至4億6千589萬3千令吉，令全年營業額上揚4.02%至19億4千231萬2千令吉。
董事部建議每股派3仙終期單層股息。

提升市佔率 JCY海外寻併购机会

（吉隆坡24日讯）JCY国际（JCY，5161，主板科技股）放眼寻求海外併购机会，以提升公司现有的市佔率。
JCY 国际財务总监黄敬鏗指出，该公司目前持有充足的净现金流，2015財政年（9月30日结账）营运现金流达2亿4200万令吉，能够提升公司未来的业绩表 现。他说，「我们正寻求併购可协助提高赚幅的公司。」他今日出席JCY国际2015財政年末季（截至9月30日止）业绩匯报会后，在记者会上如是指出。
黄 敬鏗透露，目前获得不少公司，包括竞爭对手的併购献议；然而，所有提案都还在谈判的阶段，並未落实任何提议，且不便透露任何详情。此外，针对政府宣布调高 最低薪金一事，黄敬鏗坦承，公司受到些许影响。该公司大部份员工为外劳，而该公司早前表示，將在3至5年时间削减5000名员工。
「公司已从原本的2万名员工，减少至目前少于1万6000名员工，已裁员4000多人。」
他指出，暂时不会再裁员，不过，在这些外劳合约到期后，预期不再续约，每个月大约有200至300名外劳的合约到期。
截至目前，该公司约85%员工的薪水是达到政府设定的最低薪金，即900令吉。同时，他也说，该公司每年的资本开销为5000万令吉，主要用在提升自动化设施上，以提高营运效率。
前景谨慎乐观
展望未来，黄敬鏗表示，鉴于公司的销售均以美元计算，在这不確定的市场情况下，谨慎乐观看待公司前景。儘管预期储存硬碟（HDD）的市场总值（TAM）在未来几个季度將持平，但仍是看好整个储存硬碟的前景。
另一方面，他指出，在政府免税奖掖下，该公司于2015財政年省下了5000万令吉。
他 补充，目前该公司正与大马投资发展局（MIDA）探討，以便將免税优惠延长10年。儘管较低的销售量，但受惠于美元走强，JCY国际2015財政年末季 （截至9月30日止）净利按年激增3.6倍，至7561万令吉，去年同期为1650万令吉；全年净利也按年大涨90.7%，至2亿零950万令吉，去年同 期为1亿零989万令吉。【东方网财经】 |
