好過沒有。
我剛才再次的試註冊卡高，今天的卡高來的只剩下 -25， 沒有 -30 的了。不知是不是Lazada改了政策？

要买乘早，很多东西都要收shipping fee 了，我常order的公司都加了shipping fee, 所以得找一些比较冷门的公 ...
我很赞同，要买趁早，这shipping surcharge真令人头疼

没有公司会要做亏本生意的。。。shipping fee 是免不了的啦，只是不要charge的太过分还可以接受。
我重来不买超过10Kg以上的。 |

有提过几项建议，不过对方是客户服务（几封信我讲东她说西的，她都不知道我要表达什么 ，还叫我list出要surcharges的东东给他们查，我心想：小姐是几百样哩，你叫我list down倒不如你escalate去给你老板和相关部门啦），我相信她们也没去传达给上司。不然就是上司也不理东马市场了，相信西马生意够他们做了。

Thks for the prompt reply, appreciate it. Nothing personal here,
apparently you still do not get my point though. In fact I had listed down
few examples below and you can check them out. However, there are few
hundred items affected with the new shipping charges imposed to Borneo
since July 2nd, and hence you should have address our queries to the
relevant dept about the issue (be it a system glitch or intended
surcharges), rather then asking customers to list down every single
affected items right? With that, ain't it will be more productive for CS
like you to answer other queries rather than to entertain every single
email asking you to check for their new shipping surcharges?
As a well established company like Lazada, i believe your management had
went though some studies/quality analysis before made-up the decision? If
that is the case, may I suggest something for win-win situation:
1. Get 2nd source:
We have many courier services throughout nation. Apart from the current
appointed GDEX courier company, we still have Poslaju, Nationwide,
Kangaroo, City-link, Skynet, Airpak, TNT, ABS and etc... why not try to get
2nd source to put some peer pressure. We are talking about millions revenue
here, for sure they are happily to quote somewhat competitive charges.
2. Get Sea Shipping:
For big items, maybe you can consider to let Borneo ppl to opt for sea
shipment. With that, both Lazada and Borneo customers can save on courier
charges. Normally sea shipping from West Malaysia to Borneo will take about
a week and I believe customer would not mind if they know beforehand.
3. Use Pos Daftar (Registered Parcel service)
Pos daftar is another alternative for cheaper shipment but secure too
despite may take a week. Likewise, I believe customer would not mind if
they know beforehand as they could enjoy a cheaper alternative.
4. Get local reseller
For big items like electrical appliances, why not try to approach Borneo
local shop reseller like Siong Haw, Senq, Haw, Courts & etc to join the
league, with that they would be able to deliver the goods though land
transport rather than air shipment.

我很赞同。问题是那些surcharges乱乱来的，给你一个例子，一个15” 的backpack的surcharges要RM79，我用poslaju寄两个书包（总量为1.4KG），邮费才不过RM16.55而已。如果那RM79是gdex charges的，然后lazada有更便宜的courier service (poslaju)不用，那我就很有理由相信有人pakat咯

我也有email过给他们，但答复是shipping surcharge是3rd party seller算的。
对我来说shipping surcharge简直就是hiden charges, 浪费我的时间去survey, click.
最后我回复他说以后都不光顾Lazada了。。。。
