（吉隆坡12日訊）捷博集團（CEPAT, 8982, 主板種植組）宣佈以2送1比例派發紅股，以回饋股東的支持及加強公司股票流通率。

該公司發表文告指出，該公司以上述比例，派發最高1億零772萬8千458股的紅股，將把保留盈利戶口中的1億零772萬8千458令吉的款項，加以資本化以推行今次的紅股計劃。

截至2010年12月31日為止，公司的保留盈利達1億2千806萬6千令吉。

捷博集團截至2011年6月28日為止繳足資本為2億1千545萬6千915令吉，一旦落實上述紅股計劃，將增加至最高3億2千318萬5千373令吉。

預料紅股計劃在今年第三季完成。（星洲日報／財經）

（吉隆坡27日讯）捷博集团（Cepat，8982，主板种植股）截至2011年9月30日财年第3季，净利按年飙增50%至1297万6000令吉，上财年同期为862万7000令吉。

第3季营业额也上扬41%至7902万4000令吉，上财年同期为5598万令吉；每股盈利则增长53%至6.25仙，上财年同期为4.08仙。

累积3季，净利从上财年同期的1659万8000令吉，上扬108%至3468万3000令吉；营业额则从上财年同期的1亿5485万1000令吉，增长41%至2亿1885万7000令吉；每股盈利也有111.7%的增幅，报16.62仙，上财年同期为7.85仙。[NanYang]
