Shaw + Smith Wine Dinner

Shaw + Smith Wine Dinner (Michael Hill Smith) 上个月出席了另外一个wine dinner @ Shook!, Feast Village,其中一个庄主,Michael Hill Smith亲临 Shaw+Smith属Australia wine,品种不多,只有四五种

Tuna Tartare with Crème Fraiche and Chive Tuna很新鲜,可惜就是太少了 简单,开胃

Shaw + Smith Sauvignon Blanc Adelaide Hill 2010 有两种白酒,两种我都喜欢因为他们的白酒,似乎很适合搭配任何轻口味的食物

Nori Blinis and Oolong Smoked Salmon
with Wasabi Cream, Micro Cress and Chipotle Caviar 不过不失,已经不错的了,可惜的是那面包如果是脆的话,就更加好吃

Thai Style Lobster Bisque
with Cucumber Ratio, Lemongrass and Prawn Dust 这个如果当Tomyam的话,应该没有问题的, Lobster Tomyam因为。。。这个汤,不够浓稠(creamy),然后就如题,完全泰式,所以很多人觉得这个比较像tom yam,不是bisque 很辣下,我不吃辣的

Shaw + Smith M3 Chardonnay Adelaide Hills 2009 另外一个,也是很喜欢

Roasted Beet and Chevre Timbale
tossed in Walnut Vinaigrette, Crisp Shallot and White Anchovy Frico 这一道,感觉像malay style,也是没什么喜欢

with Blood Orange Sauce, Haricot Verts Tempura and Smoked Salmon Brandade
今晚最喜欢的菜 尤其是salmon brandade,有点像mash potato可是好好吃!

Coriander and Smoked Paprika Seared Loin of Lamb
with Cranberry Orzo, Madeira Jus and Apple Relish 不喜欢这羊肉,都不是我要的medium rare,而且不好吃,辣味过重,简直就像印度餐

Shaw + Smith Shiraz Adelaide Hills 2009 我没什么喜欢这红酒,味道很重

Pavlova with Dragon Fruit and Kiwi Compote and Ginger Maple Sauce
served on the side with Chocolate and Coconut Gooseberry Soup 幸好ending不错 甜度适中的甜品,恰到好处~酸酸甜甜,不会腻

我比较喜欢白酒,因为这Shaw+Smith的红酒,我觉得比较重酒味。
