这两个公司特性差太远了。一个卖cam,一个帮政府卖software，特性有一点远，不过mobif假账是肯定的。

mobif的问题最明显就在t&r了，还有其他证据就不需讲太多了。

另外，mobif的假账是完全合法的，运用了和asiaep和megan的结合体方法。不过做得太明显，白痴都看的明。连公司最可能赚钱的也移出去公司了。这才是资产大转移的高招

小弟也有种感觉 mobif 账可能有问题, voip 才几个人用,怎样赚钱.
不过没有研究,不敢下定论.

请问,
1. 如果假账是合法的, 那还是假账吗 ?
2. 陈博士的 Asiaep 假账又如何说起 ?
3. "最赚钱的生意移出公司" 移去那里 ?

mobif 已经不再拥有iburt,请爬贴。

厄，我把骗钱称为假账。有很多手法可以假报account figure而又没有犯法的。这点asiaep做到很完美，mobif也不错，可惜有漏洞。

我也没研究，不清楚。对科技不熟所有对科技股研究。
不过有朋友在里面做Marketing 的，没听说有事发生

请问对科技有研究的大大，wimax 可否用于流动电话，如可，好过3G吗？
这问题直接影响投资wimax股的比重。

其實問題是在價錢和線路速度而已。
所以DIGI才要推到明年六月來運作，因為那些公司拿了 wimax 和 3G 如果沒去進行的話，那他們就會失去  wimax 和 3G。

科技股的考量成本，科技效益，市场饱和，推介价 和与替代科技的明显差距。如果wimax可以替代3G于流动电话市场，那就最好不过了。

The Subscription raised a total gross proceeds of RM18.0 million which were
utilised for the capital expenditure of iZZinet. The issue price of the iZZinet

Shares were arrived at based on the earnings potential of iZZinet.

The Subscription is not expected to have any effect on the earnings per share
of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2007 and will not have

any effect on the net assets per share, share capital, gearing, dividend rate
and the substantial shareholdings structure of the Company.
