谁知道Green Height Mall？
BDC天桥下正在兴建的Mall, 叫Green Height Mall，
谁有它的资料，或曾开过贴讨论？
比起The Spring 和富丽华，它显得相当低调，规模也较小，
但由于它建在高尚的Green Height，
如果它是一间shopping mall，应该会是间有素质的商场吧。
所以对它充满期待的。 |

雖然商場越來越多，但物價也越來越高，而產品的品質卻越來越低。再貴都好，也有可能是從那些看不懂的文字的地方生產的。真沒趣! |

Go green at unique Green Heights Mall
‘Neighbourhood mall’ concerned about climate change
KUCHING: The upcoming Green Heights Mall is set to become a new landmark for an area of growing businesses and residences around the Kenyalang Interchange.
Located just five minutes from the Kuching International Airport and 15 minutes from the city centre, the mall is a compact two-storey building developed with the people’s interest in mind.
The mall aims to offer a practical mix of products and services for the everyday needs of Kuchingites, but most of all, for the people in the nearby residential estates such as Green Heights, Starhill, Richmond Hill, BDC, Hui Sing and Stampin, so that they do not have to venture too far from home.
It is unique in a sense as it is Kuching’s first suburban concept mall, an idea born out of feedback from the surrounding residents.
This uniqueness is reflected in the tagline, ‘a neighbourhood small mall’.
As another step to better serve the public, Green Heights Mall management is promoting a ‘green’ campaign on its premises.
These include the usage of eco-friendly shopping bags, which can be purchased by the customers at low and affordable price and mini recycling stations inside and outside the mall.
“The Green Campaign came about from our genuine concern of climate change. We read about alarming changes every day and decided to take action by incorporating sustainable business practices into the operations of Green Heights Mall.
“By incorporating small but meaningful steps like these, we hope we can help make some changes to our environment,” explained the mall’s business development manager, Sereni Linggi, in a press statement yesterday.
The mall will also have some physical ‘green’ features such as its prominent atrium glass roof that allows the optimal use of natural lighting and a proposed landscaping project for the rooftop. It hoped that the concept of a ‘neighbourhood mall’ and the campaign itself would be able to inspire the tenants and customers alike to work together as a community for the good of the environment.
“We hope that our small neighbourhood mall will attract others into joining our cause.
“After all, our planet is essentially one big neighbourhood. Let us work together to preserve it,” said Sereni.
Green Heights Mall is expected to officially open to shoppers in the first quarter of 2008.
