I，XXX on 28 december 2016 receive a copy of your company policy contract (policynumber ). After a detailed review of the investigation, I found that does notsuit my needs. I now exercise the right to surrender in the cooling-offperiod and request the cancellation of the policy.
I understand if surrender in the "cooling-off period" , your company shall refund all the premiums paid.
There is a 15-day cooling-off period for you to decidewhether you wish to go ahead with the investment-linked insurance plan afteryou have signed for it.
If you decide tocancel your plan within this period, the insurance company will refund in fullany fees and charges that you have paid.
However, the amount refunded to you may be more or less thanwhat you have paid, depending on the price of the units at the time ofcancellation.
Cooling-Off Period –If this policy has been issued and for any reason whatsoever the Insured shalldecide not to take up the policy, the Insured may return the policy to theCompany for cancellation , provided such request for cancellation is deliveredby the Insured to the Company within 15 days from the date of receipt of thepolicy.
