Bhd. ("PTTR" or "Lessor"), Sime Darby Property (Elmina East Asset II) Sdn. Bhd. ("SDP") and Mydin Mohamed Holdings Bhd. ("Mydin" or "Lessee")
The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that PTTR, an indirect 70%-owned subsidiary of the Company, had on 2 April 2026, entered into a Warehouse Automation System (including Automated Storage and Retrieval System Equipment Installation and Leasing) Agreement ("Agreement") with SDP and Mydin for the following purposes, subject to the terms and conditions of the Agreement:- (i) for the Lessor to undertake and complete the design, supply, construction and installation of the Automated Storage and Retrieval System ("ASRS") within the agreed designated area of the Warehouse (as defined in the attachment); (ii) for the Lessor to lease the ASRS to the Lessee in connection with the terms and conditions of the Agreement for the purposes of the Lessee's utilisation, management and operation of its business, at a monthly rental of RM900,000.00 subject to rental escalation every 3 years for a lease term of 15 years; and (iii) for the Lessor to undertake the scope of repair, support and maintenance services for the ASRS, in accordance with terms and conditions of the Agreement. Description	PTT Synergy Group Berhad ("PTT") - Letter of Award by Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. to its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn. Bhd.
The Board of Directors of PTT wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Pembinaan Tetap Teguh Sdn. Bhd. ("PTTSB") had on 3 April 2026 accepted a Letter of Award ("LOA") from Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn. Bhd. in respect of the proposed construction and completion of earthworks and ancillary works for Residential Area Phase 5A (R17), Bandar Bukit Raja Stage 3, Mukim Kapar, Daerah Klang, Selangor Darul Ehsan for RM31,682,021.85. Pursuant to the LOA, the date of pre-possession shall be 3 April 2026, date for possession shall commence on 17 April 2026 and date for completion shall be 16 October 2027 and 16 August 2027 for overall and R17A respectively. The acceptance of the LOA is in the ordinary course of business of PTTSB. Further, it is also carried out at arm's length and based on commercial terms which are not more favourable than those available to the general public. The LOA will not have any effect on the share capital and substantial shareholders' shareholding of PTT for the financial years ending 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2028. The LOA is not expected to have any material effect on the net assets of PTT and its group of companies ("PTT Group") for the financial years ending 30 June 2026 to 30 June 2028. The LOA is expected to contribute positively to PTT Group's future earnings over the duration of the LOA. PTT does not foresee any exceptional risk other than the normal operational risks associated with the LOA. Nevertheless, PTT will take the necessary steps to mitigate the risks as and when they occur. None of the Directors and major shareholders of PTT and/or person connected to them have any interest, direct or indirect, in the LOA. The Board of Directors of PTT, having considered all aspects of the LOA, is of the opinion that the execution of the LOA is in the best interests of PTT Group. This announcement is dated 3 April 2026.
