那时是engine+electric motor 发挥100%扭力的，固计200nm 的扭力，如果换michelin ps3+rear anti roll bar 可以发挥的更好

其实所有东西都有会坏的。所有auto gearbox都有一个生命周期。电池也当然也不例外。
说到这个NiMH。我再分享多一次。

Understanding NiMH hypercycles

What is hypercycle?

Hypercycle is a technique to use a rechargeable NiMH battery to extend it's life cycle and maximize overall usage.

Example:

10% Depth of Discharge x 300,000 cycles = 3,000,000 overall percentages
60% Depth of Discharge x 10,000 cycles = 600,000 overall percentages

The difference is 5 times more in overall usage.


How do I hypercycle NiMH battery?

The short answer is to use it a little at a time.

As the graph above shows, you would get about 700 cycles if you use 100% at a time. This means you charge it fully and draining it until empty. Isn't it how you use those rechargeable AA NiMH batteries?  Yes, the worst possible way and now you know. If you discharge it at 60%, NiMH would be good for 10,000 cycles! That's more than 27 years if you use one cycle every single day! This gets better with 50% depth of discharge as it would double the cycles to 20,000. A little dirty secret NiMH battery charger and rechargeable battery manufactures don't want you to know.


How does Prius use the NiMH traction battery?

Prius normally uses less than 10% at a time. It is also known as one hypercycle. Prius HV battery is used when the gas engine is inefficient and therefore unlike an electric vehicle, no more than 10% is usually used at a time. This understanding enables NiMH to last 300,000 cycles! Toyota has warranty for 10 years or 150,000 miles on the pack. This means, Toyota believes an owner will average 2 HV cycles per miles. If an owner averages 1 HV cycle per mile, the HV battery pack would last 300,000 miles! If an owner drives mostly highway and use only 0.5 HV cycle per mile, it should last 600,000 miles!

How do I abuse the HV battery pack?

Knowing the abusive behavior is the first step in preventing it. If you are a Prius owner you may not be aware of your abusive actions to the Prius. Toyota designed the Prius so the computer does not allow abuse. However, there are trade-offs that had to made between fuel economy and battery life. You can avoid extensive use of these features to hypercycle your HV battery and still get excellent MPGs.

Example #1: Extended Traffic Jams in the Summer

It is 100 deg F outside and you are stuck on a long traffic jam on the highway (ahem, parking lot). You have the A/C on and crawling with gas engine off. The battery would drain to the pink levels in about 5-10 minutes until the gas engine would kick in to recharge it. I am sure this has happened to you before. Ouch! You have just used about 40% depth of discharge!

To minimize it, set the climate control to 78 or 80 deg F. Point the air vent toward your face and body. If possible, close the passenger vents to maximize cool air directly toward you.

During the jam there may be a stop and go pattern between 5-15 MPH. The gas engine may not start when accelerating at that low speed. You can avoid acceleration with battery by sudden accelerator movement to force the gas engine to run. You can then let it go slightly and HV battery will be recharged while the car is accelerating. This trade-off (use of gasoline) is better for the long traffic jams since you are preserving precious battery power for lighter use.

Example #2: Aggressive EV Mode

If you have a modded EV button and use the HV battery until the pink bars, don't! Now you know the reason why Toyota USA disabled the EV mode in the Iconic Prius (2004-2009) model. 2010 Prius comes with factory EV button but more restrictions were implemented to prolong the HV battery pack life.

浅放电，多循环，长寿命的秘密

1. 如果使用镍氢电池，每次充满电然后将其完全用光，这种情况下你可能只能这样使用700次，电池就报废了。这也是大多数人使用五号镍氢充电电池的习惯，所以现在你应该知道这是最糟糕的使用方法。
2. 如果使用镍氢电池，只使用60%电量就重新充电，镍氢电池的循环寿命将上升至10000次，这意味着，即便你每天充电，都可以用27年。
3. 如果使用镍氢电池，只使用50%电量就重新充电，镍氢电池的循环寿命将上升至20000次。

这就是镍氢充电电池浅放电，多循环，长寿命的秘密，而电池的制造厂家是不希望你知道这点的（如果人人一个电池都用27年，谁还会去买五号镍氢电池呢）

与电动车不一样，普锐斯的电池并不会深度放电，因为普锐斯采用同样的策略，每次放电只使用容量不到10%的电量，因此循环寿命将可能达到30万次，这就是厂家能提供超长电池质保背后的原因。

这样看起来。感觉好像如果一直跑长途的话。这电池基本上不会坏。
如果在city drive，一直充放充放那深度也就大概是20%。大概可以循环充放100000次。
如果每天用车，然后每天堵车，充放20次，马来西亚应该没有那一条路会堵到充放10次吧？
也就大概能够用5000天左右。

这样算有错吗？请shoot!

altis 不是HSD 所以你起步力是直接from 扭力强的otto cycle gasoline engine, 当然是有力， 当你没有黄金 ...

0-100 你可以KO prius c , after 100-180 prius c 应该可以ko 你的altis,  空气动力加很多分了

突然很想试试看。。。我个人觉得我上到180kmh很快了哦

Prius C还能领先的话就真的打破hybrid没力的迷思了

Battery 够时前面加速是蛮快的，battery 不够时，不用看了
这就是为什麽很多人去showroom test drive 时 驾两圈说没pickup.........不是battery 不够，engine 要启动charging, 或engine 冷要warm up
其实toyota HSD 在中段开始最有力的，atkinson cycle engine 的power 在中段最饱满+electric motor...........如pickup 要快，battery 满了，要一气呵成的踏到完油门，0-100km/H  就很快的
