TIONG NAM LOGISTICS HOLDINGS BERHAD ("TNLH" OR THE "COMPANY")
RENOUNCEABLE RIGHTS ISSUE OF 210,258,500 FIVE (5)-YEAR WARRANTS (“WARRANTS”) ON THE BASIS OF ONE (1) WARRANT FOR EVERY TWO (2) ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.20 EACH HELD IN TNLH AFTER THE SUBDIVISION OF EVERY ONE (1) EXISTING ORDINARY SHARE OF RM1.00 EACH IN TNLH INTO FIVE (5) NEW ORDINARY SHARES OF RM0.20 EACH AT 5.00 P.M. ON 3 DECEMBER 2013 ("RIGHTS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the Abridged Prospectus issued by TNLH dated 3 December 2013 in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants.
We refer to the earlier announcements as well as the Abridged Prospectus issued by TNLH dated 3 December 2013 in relation to the Rights Issue of Warrants.
On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that as at the close of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants at 5.00 p.m. on 18 December 2013, the Warrants have been oversubscribed by 22.73% over the total number of 210,258,500 Warrants available for subscription under the Rights Issue of Warrants.
The details of the acceptances and excess applications received as at the last time and date of acceptance and payment for the Rights Issue of Warrants being 5.00 p.m. on 18 December 2013, are set out in the table below:-

The Board has approved the basis of allocation for the Excess Warrants applied for under the Rights Issue of Warrants in the following priority:-
(i)
firstly, to minimise the incidence of odd lots;
(ii)
secondly, for allocation to Entitled Shareholders who have applied for Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lots, calculated based on their respective shareholdings as at the Entitlement Date;
(iii)
thirdly, for allocation to the Entitled Shareholders who have applied for Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lots calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Warrants application for; and
(iv)
fourthly, for allocation to transferee(s) and/or renouncee(s) who have applied for Excess Warrants, on a pro-rata basis and in board lots, calculated based on the quantum of their respective Excess Warrants application.
