(吉隆坡18日訊)艾德科技(ACOSTEC,7120,主要板消費)建議以1100萬令吉,出售土地和大樓。
艾德科技向馬證交所報備,獨資子公司Formosa Prosonic Technics私人有限公司,今日與Full Sprint私人有限公司簽署買賣協議,以1100萬令吉現金,將位于巴生的土地和大樓,脫售給后者。
Formosa Prosonic Technics同時也和Full Sprin簽署協議,以在完成上述資產脫售后,Formosa Prosonic Technics將作為承租者,同意以每月6萬8045令吉租金,租用有關大樓。【中国报财经】

艾德科技次季净利挫80%

(吉隆坡13日讯)受销售与分销成本拖累,艾德科技(ACOSTEC,7120,主板消费产品股)截至6月30日次季净利按年锐减79.8%。
该公司次季净赚66万2000令吉,或每股净利0.4仙,低于上财年同季的327万7000令吉或1.9仙。
不过,营业额则从上财年同期的1812万5000令吉,急升81.7%,至3293万4000令吉,归功于房地产业务表现良好。
合计上半年,净亏达51万9000令吉,每股亏损0.3仙,上财年同期为净赚196万6000令吉;营业额则按年略增8.45%,报4983万3000令吉。【e南洋】

艾德科技联营发展房产
(吉隆坡3日讯)艾德科技(ACOSTEC,7120,主板消费品组)与Harum Megah资源私人有限公司(HMR)和Jaya Dormitory私人有限公司(JDSB)合组联营公司──Harum Eco Dormitory私人有限公司,以联营发展新山5栋宿舍计划。
该公司发文告表示,上述计划将由独资子公司──Teras Eco私人有限公司负责310个宿舍单位的建设工作,并在竣工后将之出租予HMR,由后者负责管理,预计有关单位将出租给Permas Jaya新镇一带工作的外劳。
根据协议,艾德科技、HMR和JDSB将分别持有联营公司的30%、55%和15%股权。

艾德科技2000万售柔佛地皮
2016年12月16日
(吉隆坡15日讯)艾德科技(ACOSTEC,7120,主板消费产品股)宣布,以2000万令吉,脱售新山避兰东(Plentong)百万镇(Permas Jaya)的地皮给联营公司Harum Eco Dormitory私人有限公司(HED)。
该公司向马交所报备,是通过子公司TERAS ECO私人有限公司(TESB)签署买卖协议。
根据该公司文告,上述地皮共占地2万9830平方米,属于工业用途土地,预计可在明年首季完成。
艾德科技指出,脱售地皮可获得140万令吉收益,于2014年6月买进,买入价为1701万8512令吉。
根据文告,售地所得2000万令吉,其中的750万令吉将用于还清大马中国银行的贷款;750万令吉偿还其他贷款;70万令吉缴消费税、印花税和手续费,其余60万令吉支付所得税和370万令吉为营运资本。
该公司说,脱售该土地将释放其价值,并增加公司流动资金,也减少利息开销。
艾德科技解释,通过联营活动,持有HED 30%股权,脱售完成后,双方将一同在该地段建造5栋宿舍。【e南洋】
