永和355万购地建仓库

（吉隆坡10日讯）永和（GREENYB，0136，创业板）斥资355万7000令吉，于瓜拉冷越购地增建额外仓库。

永和向马交所报备，子公司永和工业（马）公司今日与FIDVI家居工业签署合约，购置一块面积达1万660平方公尺的租赁土地，将在2098年底到期。

该公司有意在该地兴建货仓，继续聚焦在制造、农业系统，以及塑料产品行销业上。

公司指出，此时地价诱人，是购地扩建厂房的好时机，将通过银行贷款与内部资金完成交易。

根据估值报告，该地市值为356万令吉，永和的购地价相当于折扣0.8%。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡15日訊）永合（GREENYB，0136，主要板工業）宣布，子公司接受大眾銀行加影分行兩項總值448萬9000令吉的融資計劃，用于收購土地和建造工廠。

永合今日向馬證交所報備，子公司永合工業大馬私人有限公司獲大眾銀行兩項融資，第1項融資總值248萬9000令吉，用于收購在雪州萬津的一塊空置工業用地。

第2項融資為200萬令吉，主要供在這塊土地上建造單層倉庫與工廠。

艺陶制新产品 永和瞄准中东巴西

（万宜16日讯）随着新园艺商品问世，永和（GREENYB，0136，工业产品股）看好中东及巴西消费者平均购买能力提升，而决定进军这两大市场。

永和执行董事覃富强在股东大会后向媒体表示，公司刚在北美洲推出艺陶（Artcera）制作的商品，比之前用艺石（Artstone）制造的商品更耐久。

“艺石商品到了一段时间就会破裂，而艺陶商品更耐久，让我们节省包装材料的成本。”

他指出，目前正测试北美洲的市场反应，并计划明年逐步出口到欧洲、中东、澳洲、南美洲及南非市场。

购买力提升

“中东、巴西及南非对公司而言来是新市场，而中东和巴西是公司最感兴趣的市场，我们也看好正在成长的南非市场，但因当地购买能力还不是很强，目前仍在评估中。”

覃富强说，之前艺石主要用来制作花盆，但接下来公司将用来制造不同的产品，以拓展艺石的产品组合及客户群。

永和的主要业务是发展、制造及行销农业产品。

种植业贡献60%营收

覃富强指出，近日商品价格及橡胶价格走跌，导致区域橡胶市场疲弱，促使该公司面对不少挑战。

“种植业务占公司营业额约60%的贡献，我们已发现问题，并努力寻找更广的客源，以改善情况，相信明年初就会到达稳定水平。”

此外，他表示，公司正探讨现有业务范围之外的增长机会，一切计划正在进行中，但尚无法透露详情。

覃富强指出，橡胶价格会不断地起伏，但在过去20年，橡胶价格亦获得8%增长，加上市场对橡胶尚有需求，因此相信橡胶价格会达到平衡，且让制造商可接受的水平。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡20日讯）胶价疲弱影响产品订单，农业种植技术供应商永和（GREENYB，0136，工业产品股），截至1月31日次季净利，下跌62%至107万令吉，或相等每股0.32仙。

根据文告，去年同期净利为281万4000令吉，或每股0.84仙。

当季营业额达873万令吉，较去年同期的1576万5000令吉，下跌45%。
