多元重工业是透过子公司-KL Airport Service有限公司，购入通运财团61.61%股权。

为了符合新控股公司-KL Airport Service有限公司财年截至日期，通运财团董事局已批准更换财年，从截至12月31日，更改至3月31日。

（吉隆坡3日讯）继脱售通运集团有限公司（KONSORT，6157，贸易服务组）之1705万股票，或6.76%股权后，圣朝基金局（LTH）已终止在通运集团的大股东身分。

朝圣基金局是在12月11日售出1200万股，及于12月9和10日总共卖出505万股。

该局售股行动是在多元重工业有限公司（DRBHCOM，1619，工业产品组）透过子公司吉隆坡机场服务私人有限公司提出全面收购通运集团的建议下进行。

多元重工业于去年10月建议，以2亿4097万令吉现金，或每股1.55令吉代价，向国家股份（Ekuinas）收购后者所持的61.61%通运集团股权。

这项活动触动了以每股1.55令吉强制性全面收购通运集团其余38.39%股份。

与此同时，通运集团已把集团的财政年度，从12月31日修改为3月31日，以配合其新控股公司隆机场服务的财政年度。

独立顾问： 出价公平合理 通运股东应接受多元重工全购

（吉隆坡9日讯）独立顾问认为，多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）出价每股1.55令吉，全面收购通运财团（KONSORT，6157，主板贸服股）乃属“公平及合理”，建议股东接受献议。

独立顾问艾芬投行在报告中披露，每股1.55令吉的献购价，比该行估算通运财团约1.14至1.31令吉的预测来得高。

这也相等于18.32%至35.96%的溢价，比以往全面献购案例的2.20%至17.26%平均溢价要高。因此，独立顾问相信，献购价仍有吸引力。

退场时机

另外，以过去5日、1个月、3个月、6个月及1年的交易价来看，每股1.55令吉的献购价，也等同溢价2.65%至20.16%。

综合上述因素，独立顾问建议股东接受献议，因为通运财团流通票不多，加上过去5年的平均总回酬仅为29%，比其他公司的33.78%低。

The Offeror has stated in the Offer Document that it does not intend to maintain the listing status of KLB regardless of the collective shareholdings of the Offeror and its PAC in KLB after the completion of the Offer. 多元重工 购通运财团期限延长

（吉隆坡16日讯）适逢多个公共假期，多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）宣布，将接受献购通运财团（KONSORT，6157，主板贸服股）的期限，延至2月28日下午5点。

根据文告，原本的期限为1月20日下午5点，但考虑到这两个月有多个公共假期，因此将期限推迟。

多元重工业是通过独资子公司吉隆坡机场服务私人有限公司，向国家股权公司（Ekuiti Nasional）特别用途工具Bendahara1私人有限公司，以每股1.55令吉，或相等于2亿4096万6599.10令吉，收购通运财团的61.61%股权。

截至今日下午5点，已有30.47%股东表示愿意接受献购，将献购方持股权提高至92.08%，若加上1.34%还未验证股权，总共持有93.42%股权。

We refer to the announcements dated 25 October 2013, 9 December 2013 and 30 December 2013 in relation to, among others, the Offer. On behalf of the Board, Maybank IB wishes to announce that the closing date and time for acceptance of the Offer have been extended from 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Monday, 20 January 2014 to 5.00 p.m. (Malaysian time) on Friday, 28 February 2014. The notice of the said extension will be posted to the holders of the Offer Shares. Attached is the press notice made by Maybank IB in relation to the said extension. 通运财团27日停牌

（吉隆坡22日讯）通运财团（KONSORT，6157，主板消费产品股）将在1月27日（来周一），早上9时开始暂停交易。

早前，多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）以每股1.55令吉，或相等于2亿4096万6599.10令吉，向国家股权公司（Ekuiti Nasional）特别用途工具Bendahara1私人有限公司，收购通运财团的61.61%股权。

献购方在1月16日的持股率提高至92.08%，若再加上1.34%还未验证股权，总共持有93.42%股权。

由于献购方无意维持通运财团的上市地位，后者也即将暂停交易，进行除牌程序。[南洋网财经]

未验证股权《 就是一些股東把股票轉給大股東了。。但還沒付款的和確定的。。。。

剩下的就是那些不要賣的股東手上。。 包括我。。。 哈哈。。。

是的只要股票在。。公司在。。 還會得到股息和開會利益的。。。。

（吉隆坡13日讯）通运财团（KONSORT，6157，主板消费产品股）宣布，将于本月18日（下周二）早上9时从大马交易所除牌。

早前，多元重工业（DRBHCOM，1619，主板工业产品股）通过子公司———KL Airport服务私人有限公司，以每股1.55令吉，或总值2亿4096万6599令吉，向国家股权公司（Ekuiti Nasional）特别用途工具Bendahara1私人有限公司，收购通运财团的61.61%股权。

由于献购方无意维持通运财团的上市地位，因此该公司将在18日除牌。【南洋网财经】
