从机场去ah shan,从ah shan去victoria park 拿race pack和去尖沙嘴开跑,搭什么交通工具最方便最划算?

a 6hr minute marathon is easily achieveable even you have not being training much the last month. its all down to a clever strategy you must plan
1) nutrtition...... a week to race eat lots of banana ,500grams or more. morning eat telur kampung setengah masak. 2days to race eat lots of raisin, . it contains natural sugar that can slowly release from your body system when you need on race day so that you not tire .carbo loading leave it to last 2days as our daily diet already many carbo
2) a day to race must be very very well rested and relax.Race day morning have a healthy breakfast.
3) break your race to 4 parts. First part 22km never walk. you must do it in max 2hr 40min. Any longer you are in very difficult position for the next 20km. So you must look at the distance marker clearly. 1st 60minute must be 8.5km(any slower will be like walking) 2nd 60minute should be 9km.its possible cos you will be running down slope of the stone cutter bridge. next 40minute is 4.5km. when you look at this mileage you know sure can do. infact i think you can do it in 2hr 30minute at constant run pace .by now you have cleared stone cutter bridge and tsing ma bridge the two tough bridge and also cleared the 1st cut off line.
4) second part. (22km to 31km.) only 9km. now you can walk a bit .i encourage you to walk to rotate your muscle so that you dont hit the wall at 30km But every walk is keep to 3minute only. when you start back run slow for 20 steps than pick up your speed. you must run 15minutes non stop before you walk again. so therefor 18minutes of run/walk gets you 2km. total 9km will take you 1hr 20minute. again when you look at it its achievable.
5) third part,7km, which you will take 1hr. (if part 1 and part 2 is on target). you must plan your this 7km in 60minute. this is easy. you can run 1km and walk 1km. there for in this 7km you run 4km and walk 3km. Also take note,about this time your leg will be suffering. this is where your focus and mental strength comes in
6) fourth part, final 4km, which leaves you 60minute. i rest my case to your determination to finnish it.(you actually have some insurance time in case you suffer at part 3)
7) remember, walk is about power walking.its 10min or under 10min walk equals 1km.if slow you cant achieve part 3.Than you may want to run a bit more in part 3.
8) no loitering at water station. never never pause at water station, just grab your drink or banana or small chocolate and move on. Yes they provide these at half way mark.
9)every moment in the race is about a step in front towards the finnish line.you stop 2min, you need 2min to catch up. you loose 4min, equal to 500meter
10) do not at any time start walking before 22km. it will send a negative signal to your brain and you will lose mentally to your mind and body;
11) pack some salt and nuun and 2 to 3 power gel. Save last gel for the water station at western harbour tunnel. Cos when you come out of the tunnel the climb is very very steep till Shun Tak building. 90% of slow runner including me walk this stretch, from here you got about 4km to finish line
12) the start time is 6.20am and 6.45am, depending on your age and prevous timing. Grand sifu mohan and myself start 6.20am. i noted many of you start 6.45am. But we will run very slow and cross finished line 5hr 50min. we will carry extra salt and nuun and potassium. shout out to us if you see us or need the supplements.Of cos we also run with camera so when we meet at tsingma bridge u turn shout out for a photo shoot.Whatever i will be at finish line waiting for you to take a photo of you crossing the line.
13) unfortunately the cut off line or cut off time follow the gun time. So you must be smart to inch your way to the nearest start line. if you are far behind the start line it may take up to 10min to cross the start line.
14) read the runners guide throughly. it spell out all the cut off time. they enforce it strictly. you fly all the way to hk for this race, you certainly tak mahu naik bas sapu lah.
15) weather is around 16degrees, nice to run, around 11am its hot. But early in the morning while waiting it maybe cold for us. So bring big rubbish plastic bag or disposable rain coat to put over you while waiting to run. Or go green just wear a old t shirt, race start just throw it away.
16) finally enjoy your run, dont be surprise you will be over taken by some running shark. Shout out to them you stop eating shark fin soup....forever. |

前言:
这个香港渣打馬拉松落在农历新年时期举行,照理是比较难买到便宜机票的。当jie84报料说亚洲航空有便宜机票去香港时,我连比赛的确定日期都还不知道,就二话不说地以它去年的比赛日期来订了机票。比赛日期确定后才发现今年的日期比去年早了一个星期,我也就被逼加多RM180来换日期了。如果没能参加,我真的会有点后悔。
这是个冷天气而又充满斜坡的赛事,还真矛盾。既然是个斜坡如云的赛道,我也没放太高的希望在此,只是拿来当作冷天气的适应赛,为第33届黄金海岸机场马拉松做准备。
比赛前:
比赛当天早上5am,我和暗涌_复活穿了背心,短裤及外套就出门,温度在13-16°C左右,搭港铁(MTR)到达尖沙咀地下道,看见很多参赛者在这个比较温暖的地方热身及脱外套,我们也有样学样。大概在开赛的20分钟前才从地下道里出去冷冰冰的地面,慢跑着去寄放背包,然后再慢跑着去起跑点,不然真的会被冷死。这一段从寄放背包到起跑点的1km慢跑路线做得很不错,参赛者们可以不用站着被冷到发抖。
比赛中:
早上6:20am准时开跑。这次的配速跑得有点乱,时快时慢。
5km - 26:45
起跑点太多人,没能挤得比较前面,搞到前面5km一直在闪人,难以加速。
10km - 23:09 > 49:54
15km - 23:11 > 1:13:05
5km后人潮渐渐疏散,步伐也开始加快了。
20km - 25:05 > 1:38:10
25km - 24:44 > 2:02:54
30km - 26:02 > 2:28:56
22km前会经过青马大桥和汀九桥。两条桥都特别大风,吹得我好不舒服。22km后就开始留力给最后10km,赛前看到路线图的倾斜度还蛮厉害下。25km时看不见香蕉,去到30km时也没有。原来那个派香蕉的人竟然把香蕉藏在箱子里,没有拿出来派,害我只吃到半条香蕉。
35km - 32:58 > 3:01:54
刚吃完香蕉来到31km,突然浑身不自在走起路来。惨了,老毛病又来了,不是要我走11km回去吧?走了600m后看见自己在下斜坡路段还走路有点过意不去,就重新慢跑起来,不再看手表,也不理会时间,誓要慢跑回终点,希望自己不要再走第二次路。
40km - 28:01 > 3:29:55
42.195km - 12:03 > 3:41:58
开始渐渐跑顺了。最后的5km简直是在坐过山车,一个比一个上斜坡来得吃力。幸好前面有留到力,不然真的会死在这里。一直到最后1km,终于从地狱升到去天堂,加油欢呼声都很响亮。
比赛后:
总的来说香港渣打馬拉松举办及安排得都很好,唯一美中不足的是赛道充满斜坡,希望下次还有机会再来。

还好你31km的地方没有放弃,很多人在这个距离都会不知不觉放弃的,很多突发状况。不过幸好你只走了600m。看来意志力还是最重要。。。随便跑也能跑出这么好的成绩,而且这个路程很难跑,厉害。。。 |

读完后希望有机会能去跑!这么多斜玻,看来要练hartamas来回才行!哈
如果没补充到香蕉,我都不懂能完成吗。。。 |
