原料价涨冲击赚幅 耐慕志第3季净利跌32%

（吉隆坡24日讯）原料价走高影响赚幅，耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业产品股）第三季净利按年下跌32.2%，报501万6000令吉，相当于每股净赚4.42仙。

该公司去年第三季净赚740万令吉，相当于每股盈利6.52仙。

耐慕志同时宣布派息每股2.5仙，股息可享日为11月17日，过账日为12月11日。

该公司第三季营业额报8309万令吉，相较去年的8729万3000令吉，按年跌幅近5%。

耐慕志在财报文件中指出，原料成本扬升，加上今年初电费调涨，导致生产成本增加，冲击公司获利表现。

累计三个季度，耐慕志净利报1783万6000令吉，按年跌13.1%；营业额则扬升13%，报2亿6045万8000令吉。

出口市场带动营收

虽然最新业绩表现比预期逊色，但原油价近期大跌，分析员看好耐慕志的原料会降价，加上出口市场带动，公司末季和明年表现会更优异。

兴业研究分析员估计，东协客户的新订单和消费者需求增加，以及原料降价，将促使公司末季交出亮眼成绩。

MIDF投资研究分析员也有同样看法，并提到公司的节能计划将在末季实行，将可显著降低电费。

另外，联昌国际投行研究分析员点出，出口市场将驱动公司营业额增长，特别是澳洲和东协市场。

他相信，原料价格持续走跌，将改善公司明年盈利赚幅。公司大部分原料是塑性树脂（Plasticresin）与薄膜，皆衍生自原油。

他上调耐慕志的投资评级和目标价，分别至“增持”和4.75令吉。

文告显示，郑金容上周四于公开市场，收购耐慕志的60万股，提高持股量至617万8771股，或5.45%。

原料价走高影响赚幅，耐慕志第三季净利按年下跌32.2%，报501万6000令吉，相当于每股净赚4.42仙。

同期营业额报8309万令吉，按年跌幅近5%。

企動商機‧耐慕志對前景有信心 放眼雙位數銷售成長

（吉隆坡26日訊）儘管耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主要板工業）2014財年業績和股價雖表現平平，但在賺幅改善下，銷售交出雙位數成長並不成問題。

耐慕志執行董事劉任偉接受《中國報》專訪時指出：“我們預計銷售可交出雙位數成長，這是公司目標，我們並沒有其他公司般對市場前景感擔憂。”

他受訪時指出，國際油價下滑影響原料價格，導致公司2014財年第3季和末季淨利表現略為遜色，料今年首季也趨跌。不過令吉兌美元匯率走軟，提供自然對沖效益，對公司帶來正面影響。

“食品包裝領域可謂防禦經濟衰退領域，加上大馬日益發展，食品包裝如咖啡、奶粉等包裝更為重要。”

劉任偉透露，市場看淡經濟前景，消費者擔心消費預算進而降低購買能力，但食品包裝會有更高使用量。這是基于消費者轉為購買小包裝產品，形成另一種需求。

該公司在2013財年投入2000萬令吉資本開銷擴展生產設施，目前設備使用率為75%，今年將有新的印刷機和層壓器抵步，但不會有顯著資本開銷預算。

今年賺幅會改善

“要達到10%銷售成長目標，我們將維持生產設備70%到75%使用率，此水平甚為舒適，讓我們可接洽潛在新客戶並有產能調整空間。”

劉任偉指出，消費產品銷售成長為4%至5%，屬內部成長，來自新市場和新客戶占約5%，若每年銷售有10%成長屬極好表現。他相信，公司今年賺幅表現也會改善，對前景保持樂觀謹慎看法。

此外，耐慕志新工廠在2013年竣工，實際上僅動用半數空間建立工廠，因此直到2017年都有擴展設備空間。

獲國際認證
增出口分額

以營業額規模而言，耐慕志是國內最大塑料包裝公司，緊接同行為多美包裝（TOMYPAK，7285，主要板工業）；劉任偉指出，以跨國企業分額而言，耐慕志占40%，多美包裝占60%，若以整體市場來看，耐慕志市占率為25%到30%之間。

目前該公司業務組合，國內和出口市場各占50%，其中有10%出口市場來自菲律賓和澳洲，未來也會提高出口貢獻分額。

銷售諮詢對耐慕志來說不成問題，該公司持續接獲諮詢，而且有跨國企業客戶基礎讓公司有機會開拓更大國際市場。

“中國製造樞紐泡沫擔憂已過，有更多跨國業者在區域進一步擴展，這對我們帶來更多機會。”

劉任偉說：“我們有能力和規模為跨國企業提供服務，而素質、環境和食品安全認證讓我們邁向全球市場，這個國際認證在各國的標準都一樣。”

對此，耐慕志是國內首個獲得FSSC 2200食品安全認證的塑料包裝公司。

機構投資者基礎強大

耐慕志在2013年交出亮眼銷售表現，2014年受成本影響拖累下半年賺幅表現，包括薪資和電費成本調整、銷售放緩和原料成本3大因素。

劉任偉相信在2015年，當市場恐懼和擔憂過去后，“信心”終會歸隊。政府宣布年內不調漲電費，對業者是可喜消息。

“今年我們的內部資本開銷預算為1400萬至1500萬令吉，主要投資設備。若有更大投資機會，我們也有能力作出投資，現達1.3倍負債率可謂在舒適水平。”

耐慕志過去半年股價波動不大，可機構投資者持股比例達30%，其中20%是外資機構投資者，另10%為國內機構投資者。再加上公司主要股東都在近期增持股權，顯示市場對耐慕志的成長信心，並維持60%派息率政策。

劉任偉指出，公司將維持內部成長模式，不迫切于通過併購活動整合市場。耐慕志現具跨國企業客戶組合，收購其他業者也未必能帶來更多有潛能客戶。【中国报财经】

耐慕志末季净利，从2013年的694万令吉，滑落14.8%，去年报591万令吉。

相比2013年的8016万令吉，营业额上扬4.85%，去年报8405万令吉。

公司末季派发每股3.5仙中期股息，除权日期为3月6日，支付日期是3月27日。

全年股息为每股13仙，低于前年派发的15仙股息。

公司全年净利按年下跌13.5%，报2374万令吉，而营业额滑落43.55%，至3亿4451万令吉。

業績遜預期‧耐慕志展望保守

（吉隆坡13日訊）耐慕志（DAIBOCI,8125,主板工業產品組）成本上漲，下半年業績無法如預期般改善，分析員保守看待2015年業務展望。

2014年營業額增加11%至3億4千450萬令吉，盈利卻在原料漲價和電費調高下減少13.5%，至2千370萬令吉。

MIDF研究指出，營運開銷增加，造成2014年淨利賺幅降低2%，至6.9%，寫下2010年以來最低，該行至今也尚未見到節能策略的效果。

“鑒於營運開銷上揚和淨利賺幅降低，我們將2015和2016年盈利預測調低11%和4%，至2千710萬令吉和2千630萬令吉。”

配合上述調整，MIDF下修耐慕志的評級，從“中和”跌至“賣出”，目標價則由4令吉61仙調至3令吉71仙。

相比下，興業研究的看法較為樂觀。該行說，該公司的跨國客戶銷售額增加，加上石油跌價拉低原料價格，該公司賺幅跟著上揚，因此看好該公司2015年表現將有改善。

不過，興業補充，由於主要客戶即將啟用價格檢討機制，相信該公司無法全面從原料跌價中受惠。

“此外，管理層也透露，美元升值不會造成明顯衝擊，因為這些影響可以透過進口和出口活動的天然貨幣避險功能而減低。”

（吉隆坡7日讯）鉴於营业额下滑以及更高的折旧开销及员工成本拖累下，耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业股）2015財政年首季（截至3月31日止）净利跌6.3%，至618万令吉，相较去年同期的660万令吉。

同时，该公司营业额则为8618万令吉，较於去年同期的9039万令吉，下跌4.7%，归咎於出口销售稍微下跌，以及新生產线的订单推迟。

虽然如此，按季比较，该公司净利提升4.9%；营业额则增加2.5%，主要是更高的国內销售及较低的原材料成本所致。

该公司宣布派发每股3.5仙的第一次单层中期股息。

耐慕志董事经理林树坤表示，虽然首季销售表现稍微下跌，但依然乐观看待2015財政年的出口销售表现，他指出，通过產品创新，预期將获得来自澳洲及东南亚的订单。

他也透露，耐慕志在次季，已经將公司为澳洲跨国公司的快速消费品（FMCG）研发的创新產品商业化。同时，耐慕志也预期在第3季，于东南亚市场商业化其餐饮產品。

他相信，这將会带动其出口销售表现，因此，公司的营业额也有望在2105財政年创下新高。

出口销售下降　耐慕志塑胶表现倒退

（吉隆坡15日讯）耐慕志塑胶及包装工业有限公司（DAIBOCI，8125，工业产品组）公布，在截至2015年3月31日止第1季度，所取得的税前利润按年从890万令吉略微下降至810万令吉。

至于营业额则由前期的9040万令吉下滑4.7％至8620万令吉，主要是出口销售轻微下降，以及今年第2和第3季度的新产品线订单被推迟。

该集团董事经理林樹坤说：“展望未来，我们对于实现新的出口销售至澳洲及东南亚始终保持着乐观态度，因为今年我们拥有创新产品。”

他在一份声明中表示：“我们在今年第2季度，将内部研发创新商业化后，成为东南亚一家领先的跨国生产快速消费品公司。”

此外，他补充：“集团期待在第3季度，将食品和饮料产品商业化后，使到我们在东南亚市场也成为该行业的跨国公司。”

拨1500万添新机器　耐慕志扩充製造业务

（马六甲8日讯）为了扩充製造业务，耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业股）將在2015財政年（12月31日结账）拨出1500万令吉的资本支出，以添购新机器。

耐慕志董事经理林树坤指出，耐慕志为了扩充快速消费品（FMCG）和餐饮业（F&B）领域在区域市场的份额，因而投入1500令吉的资本支出，进一步扩大公司的製造业务。

「以上资本支出是为爱极乐（Ayer Keroh）的厂房添购新机器。我们的投资策略是，购买更多自动化和效率更佳的机器，以提升我们的营运效率。」

他在週一出席马六甲举办的股东常年大会后，向媒体如此表示。

林树坤表示，耐慕志的全新高速层压机械（High speed laminating machine），预计在今年7月份正式投入运作，预料將提高公司的层压生產量。

同时，公司也正在购买其他自动化和效率更佳的印刷机器，料將在今年11月份投入运作。

他强调，公司非常注重產品创新包装的研究和发展，以达到提升生產力、降低生產成本和推出更高质量的包装。

扩大出口市场

展望未来，林树坤表示，公司对海外出口市场感到乐观，並將推出更多的新產品和扩大自身的客户群，以扩大公司出口市场的业务。

2015財政年首季（截至3月31日止），该公司的出口业务佔公司营业额的47%。

林树坤透露，耐慕志为澳洲跨国快速消费品（FMCG）公司研发的创新產品，已经在今年4月份投入商业化生產。

与此同时，他也表示，「耐慕志目前也正在为其澳洲公司的另一项创新產品，进行测试生產。该澳洲公司的新產品，將用在东南亚市场的饮食业，预计在今年第3季正式启动商业化生產。」

（吉隆坡12日讯）耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业产品股）截至6月30日次季，净赚718万9000令吉，涨15.7%，或相等于每股净利6.33仙，同时，宣布派发每股4仙的第二次中期单层股息。

根据文告，当季营业额涨3.1%，从8697万5000令吉扬至8967万3000令吉。

耐慕志表示，受惠于令吉疲弱，出口销售赚幅提高和良好的产品组合，促使当季表现优越。

合计上半年，该公司净利录得1337万6000令吉，涨4.3%；营业额则跌0.87%，至1亿7583万令吉。

赚幅提高推新产品有望增泰新客源 耐慕志盈利前景看俏

（吉隆坡17日讯）耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业产品股）得益于令吉兑美元走软，加上有望获得新客户，获分析员看好盈利前景。

MIDF投资研究分析员指出，令吉疲弱、出口销售赚幅提高，加上更佳的产品组合，激励了耐慕志次季业绩。

同时，次季营业额也涨3.1%，报8967万3000令吉，归功于出口至澳洲与纽西兰的销量，分别按年大增33.5%及80.6%。

随着公司提高效率，并在澳洲推出新产品，相信营业额可进一步增长。

联昌国际投行研究分析员表示，令吉与原料价格走软，可捎来利好消息，推动公司盈利攀升。

预期出口业务将继续成为主力贡献，同时，原油价格走低，相信可促使原料价格在今年底跌价。

耐慕志也将在第3季，正式销售高速生产的薄膜，为下财年业绩捎来佳音。

分析员预测，消费税的冲击会逐步减少，本地市场会在今年底开始复苏。

不过，汇率和原料价格波动，将会抵消一些利好因素。




有望增泰新客源

耐慕志已在前年进军泰国，为当地一家跨国公司生产产品。

分析员认为，自那时候起，该公司就不断地在泰国寻找新客户。

若成功招徕新客户，预期可显著推动未来1至两年的盈利增长。

MIDF投资研究分析员也表示，公司也有望在东盟区域获得新客户，提振业绩。

联昌国际投行研究分析员称，耐慕志目前股价昂贵，因而建议“守住”。

（吉隆坡17日訊）耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主要板工業）截至9月底2015財年第3季淨利按年激增35%至675萬令吉，宣布派息每股3.5仙股息，股價應聲創下至少5年以來的新高水平。

耐慕志今早只起2仙，以4.73令吉迎市，但業績唱好加上派息建議，該股在投資者追捧下早盤走勢凌厲，休市暫掛5.22令吉，勁揚51仙，並以5.22令吉掛休。

該股午盤繼續往北攀，閉市以全日最高水平5.24令吉掛收，漲幅為53仙或11%，為10大上升股之冠，成交量達48萬9500股。

股息下月2日除權

配合業績宣布，耐慕志將在12月28日派發每股3.5仙中期股息，除權日鎖定在12月2日。

該公司向馬證交所報備，第3季淨利起35%至675萬令吉；營業額上揚3.5%至8601萬令吉。

該公司首9個月淨賺2013萬令吉，比去年同期高出13%；營業額微揚0.5%，錄得2億6184萬令吉。

國內營收連跌兩季‧耐慕志財測下砍

（吉隆坡18日訊）耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工業產品組）業績雖取得成長，惟低於市場預期，加上國內業務成長面臨障礙，以致分析員下砍淨利預期及評級。

該公司營業額微起0.5%，但淨利卻按年取得12.9%的成長，主要是來自外匯走強之故。

聯昌研究表示，該公司首9個月的淨利達分析員全年淨利預測的67%，稅前息前折舊攤銷前獲利（EBITDA）賺幅則從12.7%走高至13.6%。

此外，該公司也宣佈派發3.5仙股息，開年至今，該公司業績派發了11仙股息，約62%的派息率，該公司的股息政策為60%。

聯昌說，消費稅開跑後，該公司國內營業額已經連續2個季度皆下滑，第三季度更下挫9%。“一般來說，餐飲業一般都可保持穩定的表現，即使在2008的金融海嘯期間，國內餐飲業依然可以取得成長。”

聯昌表示，該公司國內與海外業務過往各佔一半營業額，但海外業務取得成長，目前海外貢獻55%的營業額，分析員認為紐西蘭、泰國及澳洲的業務是促使該公司營業額成長的主因。
基於內需放緩，聯昌下砍該公司2015至2017財政年的每股淨利，調低幅度介於6至17%。

此外，該公司股價在過去2週已經上揚了20%，2016年本益比高達19.6倍，因此將該公司“持有”評級調低至“減持”，但目標價則從4令吉16仙調高至4令吉21仙。（星洲日報／財經‧報導：謝汪潮）

（吉隆坡23日讯）耐慕志（DAIBOCI，8125，主板工业产品股）建议一系列企业活动，包括股票分拆、送红股及修改公司章程。

该公司向马交所报备，公司股票将1分为2股，每股面值也从1令吉，降低为50仙。

截至11月18日，该公司共有1亿1385万2496股，包括4万9800股库存股，缴足资本达1亿1385万2496令吉。

完成股票分拆后，股票数量将倍增至2亿2770万4992，包括9万9600股库存股，缴足资本维持不变。

在股票拆细后，耐慕志将以5送1的比例派送红股，最多派送4554万998股红股。


该公司指出，红股将从公司的保留盈利拨出；而上述企业活动的资金，则从公司的溢价户头拨款。

配合上述企业活动，耐慕志也将修改公司章程，股票面值从每股1令吉，降低至每股50仙。注册股本从原本2亿令吉或2亿股，增至4亿股，价值不变。

该公司认为分拆后，股价可吸引更广泛散户和投资者，进而提升公司股票的流通量。
