国云1800万买6地段

（吉隆坡14日讯）国云集团（PLB，7055，主板建筑股）宣布，以1800万令吉向Majestic Heights私人有限公司购买6块土地。

国云集团今日向马交所报备，独资子公司国云置地与Majestic Heights达成买卖协议，前者同意以1800万令吉购买后者6块土地。

上述6土地均为永久地契以及位于槟城Timor Laut区，分别占地1万1061平方尺、2万9789平方尺、8672平方尺、6834平方尺、1424平方尺和1666平方尺。

根据资料，该土地并不是厂房园区，国云置地将负责土地的发展，不过，公司还未公布任何发展计划。

文告指出：“双方同意以1800万令吉买卖上述土地，国云置地也已经在8月16日支付了180万令吉的订金。”

至于1620万令吉的余额，集团表示将从内部筹资，在签约后的3个月、1个月宽限期内完全支付。[NanYang]
