財報差額逾3倍 堯記執行長罰10萬

（吉隆坡26日訊）堯記（NGIUKEE，7927，主要板貿易）財報差額逾3倍，與3名董事同遭馬交所公開申誡，總執行長判罰10萬令吉。

馬證交所報備文告中指出，包括總執行長楊修杰（譯音）在內的3名董事，因無法正確納入調整財報數額，導致已審計及未審計財報差額高達3.26倍，遭到公開申誡。

文告指出，堯記必須外聘審計師，對截至2012財年3月底季度報告進行限制審計，並確保所有董事及相關人士參與財報遵循培訓課程。

該公司在截至2010年3月底的財報中，發現多達841萬3000令吉或3.26倍的差額；該公司股本從1799萬令吉銳減至1219萬令吉（26%減至18%），故遭馬證交所徹查。

馬證交所強調，所有上市公司必須嚴謹遵守以準確、清晰方式呈交財報的條例，讓投資者透過公司提供的資訊做出投資決定。[ChinaPress]

Contents :	:	Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had today, 27 April 2012, dismissed NGIU KEE CORPORATION (M) BERHAD’s ("NGIUKEE" or "the Company") appeal against the rejection of the Company’s regularisation plan. Accordingly, the securities of the Company will be removed from the Official List of Bursa Securities on Thursday, 3 May 2012. Effect of De-listing from the Official List of Bursa Securities With respect to the securities of NGIUKEE which are currently deposited with Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd ("Bursa Depository"), the securities may remain deposited with Bursa Depository notwithstanding the de-listing of the securities from the Official List of Bursa Securities. It is not mandatory for the securities of a company which has been de-listed to be withdrawn from Bursa Depository. Alternatively, shareholders of NGIUKEE who intend to hold their securities in the form of physical certificates can withdraw these securities from their Central Depository System (CDS) accounts with Bursa Depository, at anytime after the securities of the Company is de-listed from the Official List of Bursa Securities. This can be effected by the shareholders submitting an application form for withdrawal in accordance with the procedures prescribed by Bursa Depository. These shareholders can contact any Participating Organisation of Bursa Securities and/or Bursa Securities'        General Line at 03-2034 7000 for further information on the withdrawal procedures. Upon the de-listing of NGIUKEE, the Company will continue to exist but as an unlisted entity. NGIUKEE is still able to continue the Company’s operations and business and proceed with the Company’s corporate restructuring and the shareholders can still be rewarded by the Company's performance. However, the shareholders will be holding shares which are no longer quoted and traded on Bursa Securities.

马交所拒尧记重组计划

（吉隆坡30日讯）随着大马交易所驳回尧记（Ngiukee，7927，主板贸服股）重组计划上诉申请后，尧记将进入除牌程序，将在5月3日正式除牌。

尧记发布文告表示，公司4月27日接获大马交易所信函，有关该公司呈交有关重组计划上诉的申请已大马交易所驳回。

尧记2011年10月31日呈交的重组计划，并在3月2日遭到大马交易所的拒绝。

因此，公司将在获得此信函后的两个交易日后进行除牌，即是5月3日。

大马交易所认为尧记提出的上诉，没有足够的理由去放弃原本否决的决定。[Nanyang]

遭勒令下市 堯記再上訴

（吉隆坡2日訊）儘管上訴已遭駁回，惟堯記（NGIUKEE，7927，主要板貿易）依然堅持公司已符合特定上市要求，因此重新向馬證交所提出上訴。

該公司早前已提出上訴，但最終因無法正確納入調整財報數額，遭到公開申誡，並遭勒令明日（週四）下市。

但堯記今日報備指出，管理層認為已符合馬證交所提出的3項事項，並也符合PN17條例，因此決定根據上市條例8.04(6)，再重新提出上訴。

該公司希望馬證交所可將以下原因納入考量，包括股東權益因為他們仍持有公司股票、900名大部分來自東馬的員工前途、和兩家銀行達成債務償還協議、支持公司的供應商及所有法律訴訟案已解決。[ChinaPress]
