May I draw your kind attend to the above.
Please be informed that the management has decided to take better charge of campus
security and improve the overall security standard in the campus by monitoring all
vehicles entering the campus through all its gates. From Friday, 24th July 2009, there
will be strict checking of all vehicles and those entering the gates without car stickers
will be pulled aside and asked to either purchase the RM2.00 sticker or obtain an
entrance permit. Students at the Foundation, Year 1, 2 and 3 will not be given any
sticker for their car but will be directed to park in the northern sector of the campus,
especially near the PALAPES complex. In fact, these students are only allowed to drive
into the campus using their car via the Damansara gate only(Motorcycles are exempted).
AS SUCH, I AM ASKING THE KIND COOPERATION OF ALL STAFF AND STUDENTS TO TAKE NOTE OF THIS
MATTER AND TO QUICKLY OBTAIN THE STICKER FROM THE SECURITY OFFICE IF THEY HAVE NOT DONE
SO.
Please take note that if someone were to send you into the campus, the driver of the
vehicle without a sticker will also be pulled aside to get the entrance permit and will
be asked to leave an ID with the security.
PLEASE GIVE YOUR FULL COOPERATION TO THE SECURITY DIVISION SO THAT THE UM CAMPUS CAN BE A
SECURE AND HAPPY ENVIRONMENT FOR WORK OR STUDY.

今天，下课时正是五点，走了damansara gate。从UM回到ss2用了我1个小时11分钟19秒！！！！差不多20km。
当时塞着车，以一辆普通车计算，
赛车时间用1，2号gear，rpm>2300 average。耗油量大约每公里
RM0.25 (全车original part+shell semi-synthetic润滑油+专家特别tuned过，相当optimum的一辆车，很省油的车)
[20km x RM0.25]+[RM1.50 toll钱]=RM6.50/trip
on average, 来回两趟。 RM6.50 X 2 = RM13.00
就算我的时间现在不值钱，但是他（它更贴切），但是它一天扼杀我2个钟时间。加起来它一个sem扼杀了我
[2hours x 6days x14weeks]= 168 hours（在下上课6天，14周，排除考试+special events）
168hours/24=7days.
我生命中的7天就这样没有了。。。它这杀人凶手！
on average，如果把所有住外面驾车的人士加起来（取长补短，有的住近有的住远）。
assumption。如果说有
50辆车（应该不止），
50 X RM13.00= RM 650.00/day
7days x 50= 350days
一天燃烧RM650.00就是为了换取它进出校园不被学生挡住那8分钟（average排长龙现象）？
耗尽马来西亚human resources 350days/ semester minimumly。而且，我们都是有专业知识+有专业文凭的人力资源。这样就被它弄掉了。呵呵。。。
可悲啊可悲。。。
换个角度，假设受影响人数<50人，那这50人会造成多大的赛车？多大的污染啊？
假设受影响人数>50人，那么它的罪孽不是滔天的大？
怎么样都是它有问题啊。难道我有问题？我们有问题？
它到底会不会management啊？
如果废除digantung条例，
给我10个人，我铁定演出戏给大家看。 |
