大概早上，晚上就差不多到12点才快
下午慢到不行

你这个问题，在TM的字典里是：正常的宽频。(所以，他们认为提供"垃圾网"是正常的。)
如果有拿过report no.，不妨直接请MCMC协助解决。

什么查modem、splitter、电话线，reset port 这些步骤，基本都是多余的。

这种查出来的结果只能参考，实际上能不能跑4M 要安装人员现场检测后才知道。
若倒是万一弄不到稳定的4M， 会被迫降级到2M。

可以自己到streamyx的网看。有其他选择和special offer的。

UPGRADING OF TM NETWORK

  
Dear valued customers,
Telekom Malaysia Berhad (TM) would like to inform you that the Company is in the midst of upgrading its current Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) network based on the Time Division Multiplexing (TDM) legacy platform onto an IP (Internet Protocol) based Next Generation Network (NGN).  This network upgrading exercise will enable us to improve the performance and quality of our services on an ongoing basis.

For your information, we have completed the upgrading exercise for our Voice services customers served by the TM Wangsa Maju (WMU) Exchange on 10 April and 24 April 2010. Following the completion, now it is time for Streamyx customers to be part of this historic moment in the transformation to the next generation communication platform.  

Please find below the schedule for the network upgrading exercise for broadband service at TM’s Wangsa Maju exchange area:

Upgrading	Service affected	Upgrading Date & Time
Broadband	Streamyx (ATM DSLAM)	Residential 28 June – 03 September 2010 (8:30am – 7:00pm) Business 12 July –13 August 2010 (8:00pm – 12:00am)

*Upgrading will only be done from Monday to Friday.

During this network upgrading exercise, Streamyx customers in Wangsa Maju area may experience minor service interruptions for a maximum period of 15 minutes. We would like to assure our customers that the services would resume to normal after the stipulated period.

Kindly also take note that there will be no changes in the service terms and pricing policy under this network upgrading exercise.

TM apologizes for any inconvenience caused whilst at the same time would like to assure you that we are upgrading our network to enable us to provide you with the best in the Next Generation Network (NGN) services.

相信很多人都被你搞得十分糊涂，讲得不清不楚，一下4MB，一下1MB。

但是streamyx也太扯吧？28 june到 03 sep，要数个月升级？不会每一天都承受慢速吧？
还好现在latency稍微高而已~但是速度依然能保持。
