操纵8公司股价 肯纳格交易商申诫罚款

（吉隆坡30日讯）肯纳格投行交易商芬丹罗姆尔德（Fintan Romuald Inbaraj Nicholas），因操纵8家公司交易与股价，遭大马交易所公开申诫，并罚款10万令吉。
根据文告，这8家公司为星报出版（STAR，6084，主板贸服股）、JCY国际（JCY，5161，主板科技股）、峇都加湾（BKAWAN，1899，主板种植股）、沿海工程（COASTAL，5071，主板工业产品股）、CB工业产品（CBIP，7076，主板工业产品股）、合成种植（HSPLANT，5138，主板种植股）、嘉隆发展（TDM，2054，主板种植股），以及成功多多（BJTOTO，1562，主板贸服股）。
他在去年6月间，利用顾客的户头，互相买卖股票，借此抬高和左右价格走势，人为推动交投激增。
他也通过场外交易机制，将顾客的场内交易转到另一个户头上，这让他与顾客能延长持股时间，再继续操纵价格。
马交所指出，这种操纵交易行为误导市场，也违反了身为经纪的职责和道德。
