that is a derivative contract and should be used by corporates for hedging forex exchange risk purpose, what exactly do you want to know? |

想问下哦！如果你们的同事之一，会把自己的职位写成accountant的话你们会怎样想
我在公司做工都不敢讲自己是accountant呢！有时写信件那些都写自己是account clerk而已，真的有时候觉得他们很好笑，敢这样称呼自己 |

想请问一下，DEVELOPER 签JOINT VENTURE AGREEMENT。可是AGREEMENT 到期了， PROJECT怕完全没有走。。账上有DEVELOPMENT EXPENDITURE WRITTEN OFF 和DEPOSIT的FORFEITED。那么在TAX 那边这两个费用我应该ADD BACK 还是DEDUCT 呢？ |

虽然知道贴在这里不会有什么人回答，但还是问了。
做audit的，如果你们的client去年改了inventory valuation method，你们会做怎样的东西？
例子：２００６ closing balance 用weighted average， ２００７onward 用FIFO。 |

MASB 15, Building subject to depreciate.
如是freeehold land and building, 我们要分开land and building cost.
如我买一间永久地契SHOP LOT - FIRST FLOOR 吧了,不是GROUND FLOOR. 请问我有LAND COST 吗?

你的是 private entities? 不然MASB15 已经沒有用了. 用FRS116, 有一点不一样.
一般上如果可以分是好, 不能分的话也不是大问题, 不是每个property 都可以分的.
FRS 116 para 37(b) 就舉出 land and buildings 可以本身是一个class. |

想请问
我是NTU (Nanyang Technological University) 的 Bachelor of Accountancy 毕业的，但是成绩不好，没有honor;
在medium firm 工作了1年多；照道理说，我工作满三年后就自然是新加坡的CPA , 成为ICPAS的member;
可是就觉得只是ICPAS的member是不够看的，想说拿些professional qualification的课程来读。
问题是不懂要读什么；
CFA -- 暂时没兴趣要进investment bank
CPA AUS or ACCA-- qualification会不会跟ICPAS一样呢?如果要拿，那一个会比较好？
ICAEW --- 有想过，看过历届考题后知道很难考；很大可能性完成不了课程；或者哪位正在读的可以提供些意见？
各位大大，可以提供我一些意见吗？还是有什么prof quali的cert可以介绍我读？ |

If i am not wrong, you have to disclose in the notes to the financial statments the change in valuation methodology and present the comparative figures in the notes as if FIFO has been applied since inception. |
