The green light has been turned on for 13 new human embryonic stem cell lines.  Shares of StemCells, Inc. (NASDAQ:STEM) surge 20%, Opexa Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ:OPXA) is up 33%, and Aastrom Biosciences, Inc. (NASDAQ:ASTM) spiking 15%.
The National Institutes of Health said Wednesday that it had approved 13 new human embryonic stem cell lines for use by federally financed researchers, with another 96 lines under review.
The action followed President Obama’s decision in March to expand the number of such cell lines beyond those available under a policy set by President George W. Bush, which permitted research to begin only with lines already available on Aug. 9, 2001.
Since that date, biomedical researchers supported by the N.I.H. have had to raise private money to derive the cells, which are obtained from the fertilized embryos left over from in vitro fertility clinics.
With federal money banned from being used in any part of the work on the derived lines, researchers had to divide their laboratories and go to extreme lengths to separate research materials based on the financing source.

Soleil Securities Reiterates Buy on Synovus (SNV)

              Gary P. Tenner, an analyst at Soleil securities, met with the Synovus Financial Corporation (Public, NYSE: SNV) management and recommended maintaining a buy on the stock at current price levels of $1.88.
According to the analyst, Synovus Financial Corporation is focusedon taking advantage of corporate banking opportunities and winning newcustomers.
SNV’s Q4 trend remains positive, which could measurably improve thecompany’s earnings in January. Synovus' losses are estimated to reducethereby paving a way for a return to profitability. EPS for currentyear is $3.06 which will reduce to $0.47 as estimated by Soleil Sec.

我砍了heb，剩下的钱把它换成2粒somx-3.38。成败就看他。

On Thursday, they pulled back. Keep an eye on these for Friday...they still might have some pop left in them.

AVII 這次跌回，我會買些玩玩。

SOMX 不錯的選擇。平時大跌後一，兩天就會上回。

SNV 昨晚有多宗大的賣出，最後1秒也是好大的賣出。

"I think most traders know what has been going on. When an axe takes the bid and ask all day, every day, buying every ask, then putting those shares directly over to the other side, forcing everyone back to the bid where he is. It's accumulation or at least price control to hold it down. I beleive there has been steady accmulation for weeks.

So what happened the last 1/2 hour of trading. The axe layed off the ask to test the water of how many sellers there where at any given price range. Put in a buy order, 200K at the market. And did not move them to the ask. If you have the right info, you will find that ISE did not control the ask most of the last 1/2 hour like they have for weeks.

Now I say that they did it to test the water. It could be that they just wanted to get the order filled at any price, but I doubt it knowing what is on their books. 200K is nothing for them.

One more thing I thought about. If they are waiting for the shelf shares to clear the SEC, they may not want to release any good news about the facility now. They will need those shares ready if a huge contract is in the works and this pops to $3."
